I bought my Toshiba Netbook in November and it randomly kicks me off my Cricket Broadband card. It isn't the Broadband card as my Dell Inspirion has not trouble keeping me logged in. What could be the culprit?

I adopted Lady a Cocker from my local Humane Society in December. She was in rough shape when I adopted her, but due to surgery I wasn't able to give her a bathe for 2 weeks. I have been giving her weekly baths (wet, lather, rinse, condition, rinse) since, on recommendation of our vet. She also sees a professional groomer, who rinsed her 6 times (changing the water each time), and the water still comes out dirty. The water is dirt brown each time, my vet is at a loss. Any ideas?

Lady is an indoor apartment dog, and isn't allowed off a leash. Her dog bed also becomes filthy quickly (which I wash the cover weekly as well, the same day as I give her a bath).

I'm interested in the German Shepherd. This dog in addition to being my companion, will also be a show dog (obedience, agility, possibly conformation), and perhaps involved in search and rescue. Which type (American or German) would you recommend. I will be home the majority of the day. I'm an experienced dog trainer (15 years). I've had GSD before, mostly interested in opinions.

in the final two episodes it was shown to be crashed into the side of a moutain (I know there are no mountains in southern MI), did I miss something in one of the other episodes?

I have had a fish tank (3-55 gallon), since becoming permanent party in the Army. I just had to move into a new barracks (ran by civilians), two weeks ago. I just recieved their application for a barracks room. The Barrack Assignment Guidlines states: Pets are not authorize, including fish. I know there must be away around this new rule. Any ideas on how to keep my aquatic friends. This is a single man room. my tank is well taken care of, weekly mantinence is kept up with.

My male Betta, I've had him for about a year and a half, just died. I came back after a trip 2 nights, and he was fine. then this morning he was dead. Water parameters are fine, Temp. at 76. He was in a 28 gal, heated, filtered show tank. All other tank mates (2 pepper corys, 1 Bronze Cory, 1 Pleco, and 7 neons) are fine.

My friend has a Gateway laptop with Windows Vista. The world shows up (it says she has successfullyy connected to the internet), but a Internet Explorer has stopped working sign shows up. The internet is working just, fine I'm on it right now? Any Ideas on what is wrong and how to resolve it?

I have been feeding the betta (small amount) freeze-dried bloodworms at night. The Catfish and the Pleco recieve 2 algea tablets and 3 sinking shrimp pellets (at night). I do occasionally sink a cucumber for the Catfish and Pleco and float peice of lettuce for the Betta (he doesn't seam to eat it, just likes to push it around). I recently got in an argument about the bloodworms for the Betta, I'm being told I'm feeding them to much (he seams happy and healthy). Also my ex-roommate has been critizing the lettuce and cucumbers as well. I remove uneaten portion in the morning. Am I causing my fish harm? Also is there any treat that Bettas would enjoy, thanks.

Opinions? I wanted something different from my old blue/red and red goblin deck.

I'm 28, female. I'm active and eat reasonably well. I've been told I'm a borderline diabetic. I have a monitor that I use to keep watch on my sugars. I have been really exhausted this last month, been haveing mood swings (mostly crying), becomeing really shaky, and having acute hunger pains. My sugars run 50-120 fasting or after eating. I also, have PCOS, high chloresteral. My mother was a severe diabetic. I had this same problem last December and in April when the doctors had me on Metformin (for the PCOS). I got to the point I could barely keep my eyes open. I don't want this to get as serious as the last two times. Any Ideas would be helpful.....Thanks.

My company has been trying to get a stove/range in the first floor common room. We have the funding, but the fire marshal says saftey violation. This common room is directly across from the CQ area. Any Ideas?

At what time of year are they more likely to be for sale I know they only come for sale about 3-4 times a year.

I currently have a male Betta, 3 Platys, and 2 Pepper Corys and I would like to add 2 Panda Corys, 5 Neon Tetras, and a Zebra Plec. Would this be over taxing the new aquarium? I will be waiting (for a month) to add the Tetras, and 2 weeks after to add the others.

I came home to two dead fish (both Hora loaches), several plants uprooted and my sunken pirates ship floating at the top of the tank. The Loaches had been in the tank for almost 2 months with no problems (I have 1 Jordans Catfish, 1 Upside Down Catfish, and 1 Betta (male)). I have a 12 gal Marineland in the hood filter and live plants. I feed (Tropical flakes, Betta pellets, Catfish sinking pellets) 2 times a day and Bloodworms every other day. Both the Betta and the Catfish readily take food from my hands and they seem to pal around together (they also are terrified of the upside down fish). All three are doing great. What caused the Loaches death? I'm assume somebody killed them, due to the carnage. I want to add some schooling fish, any sugestions? My Betta is a marble, with long fins.

I'm working on getting a 55 or 120 gallon tank as I know my Jordans Catfish will get too large for my 12 gal (when I get that could I have 6 Angel Fish in with him)? Any suggestions for this tank?

I'm in the Army (in the barracks), I have a 12 gal tank, with 3 Bettas (1 male, 2 Females), 1 Jordan's Catfish, 1 Weather Loach, and 1 Upside-down Catfish. I have a FTX for 3 months (until September). My Battle is going to take care of my fish for me (at his house, about 10 min. away). What is the easiest way to transport the fish to him?

Those Jordan's Catfish seen to have a grand time staring at me staring at them. They also come right up to me when I open the lid of they tank, they seem to want to interact with me. They also stay side by side alot. Is this normal behavior for the catfish. Would it be okay for me to stick my finger in the water with them.
