Windows media and Real player wont play video. Just audio.. Am I missing software?

I belive its a blackberry. Motorola. I was trying to get in it to find a number so I can find the owner. How do I get in it with no password to unlock it?

I was thinking about getting a Honda XR400R and making it street legal. I know about DOT tires, mirrors, blinkers etc. Has anyone done this? I live in Illinois and need to figure out what needs to be done as far as paper work, mods and what kind of pain in the *** is it. I know some will say go buy a XR650L but I cant find a decent on for under $4K. I can find an XR400R for $2k and make it my own. (custom)

In the market for a dual sport bike such as the Honda XR650L. I also like the KTM LC4 640 but its not a Honda.

I like the idea that I can go anywhere with one of these. I can leave the trail and drive home. Whats your opinion on dual sports? Do they hold up? passengers? aftermarket parts available?

I got interested in them and then started looking at sport bikes but after thinking a little my best bet would be a dual purpose bike. I have no experience on a street bike but alot with dirt bikes.
