EVERYONE I speak to is in favor of Amendment two in Florida that provides relief to the chronically ill via marijuana. The issue is why was the Amendment written the way it is. NO prescriptions required? How many over the counter pills for the chronically ill patient do you know of. BUT, marijuana doesn't require one? And from the reviews of the Amendment these pills don't even require a Doctors OK, and they pills will be sold in some pretty shady parts of towns. Does this make sense to any sane person? If the Amendment is truly for the patients with severe pain, why wasn't it written with proper oversight by the medical profession. REMEMBER, after legalizing medical marijuana out west, the latest study shows 90% of purchases are not associated with medical conditions. What do you think?

Americans really wish they elected Mitt Romney instead of Obama
Mitt Romney 2014?
Americans are so down on President Obama at the moment that, if they could do the 2012 election all over again, they'd overwhelmingly back the former Massachusetts governor's bid. That's just one finding in a brutal CNN poll, released Sunday, which shows Romney topping Obama in a re-election rematch by a whopping nine-point margin, 53 percent to 44 percent. That's an even larger spread than CNN found in November, when a survey had Romney winning a redo 49 percent to 45 percent.
Two years ago, Obama won re-election with about 51 percent of the vote.
Of course, the poll should be taken with a grain of salt. While Obama is actually taking on the tough task of leading the nation, Romney is sitting comfortably on the sidelines where he is liable to receive a more favorable reception. Still, the finding comes as foreign and domestic crises have sent Obama's approval rating tumbling back to 40 percent, per Gallup.
Also in the CNN survey, a record-low 46 percent say Obama "shares [their] values," while only 49 percent say he is "sincere in what he says," also a record-low.
So, how do you feel? Has Obama kept his campaign promises? Is he doing a better job? Are we, as a nation, better off under the Obama way? Let me know a couple specifics.

I know, the first response from those reading the news report below, who simply can't admit the obvious will be, "It was a cold winter", right? I wonder, if the economy totally collapsed, would those folks still not see what's happening? So what IS looking good for America? Foreign policy, The V.A., IRS, NSA, Border Control, Health Care IRAQ sinking, Russia, China, North Korea, Syria, IRAN, The 5 Terrorist swap. What do we, as Americans, have to be Proud of?
The U.S. economy turned in its worst quarter in five years during the first three months of 2014, shrinking more sharply than previously estimated.
The nation's gross domestic product in the first quarter fell at a 2.9% annual rate vs. the 1% contraction previously believed, the Commerce Department said Wednesday. Economists surveyed by Bloomberg expected a 1.8% drop in output from the fourth quarter.
The decline was the sharpest since growth tumbled 5.4% in the first quarter of 2009 during the Great Recession. It was also one of the worst falloffs outside of a recession since 1960.
The last time the economy shrank was in the first quarter of 2011, almost two years after the 2007-2009 recession ended, when it slipped 1.3%.

Obama has NO International experience? And many "O" supporters thought that comment had No importance. Still thing the same, NOW? Did you see, tonight, the former head of the CIA under Bill Clinton clearly state that Obama IS getting the proper intelligence on world affairs but, apparently the info DOES NOT fit into Obama's own world views. So he can only say, when asked about all of the crisis around the world, "I was not aware".
Do you folks NOW see the problem electing a person to be the World's Leader in many areas, including peace, who has absolutely NO experience? Can it be any clearer?

NEW YORK (MainStreet) — While Obamacare enrollment did increase during the open enrollment period ending in April, the program did not serve the uninsured, according to findings of a McKinsey Center for U.S. Healthcare Reform survey.
Of course, that uninsured demographic was the prime reason for its implementation. Only 26% of the enrollees reported being previously uninsured. By a three-to-one margin, enrollees in Obamacare were previously insured.
Furthermore, only 83% of the previously uninsured have paid their first premium compared to 89% of the previously insured who paid their premium. Also, according to the survey, "only 21% of the previously uninsured respondents in our April survey who indicated that they had shopped for coverage reported enrolling in a plan."
As mentioned, the PRIMARY purpose WE were given for Obamacare was to enroll the 30-50 million who wanted insurance but couldn't get it. So what happened?? Is this a successful program OR simply a media success that isn't working for those it was supposed to help?

We all heard this from the O'Reilly / Obama interview prior to the Super Bowl. If this is the case, what are your thoughts as to why Former Internal Revenue Service official Lois Lerner took the fifth and refused to answer any questions from Congress? Her lawyers, as of today, say she will take the fifth again this week. If everything was on the up and up, with not a smidgen of even questionable actions, wouldn't common sense say tell the truth and get out of there. Of course, there is also the issue of Lerner resigning. So is this, even remotely, like the other Lie of the year? Certainly someone I would not trust.

It seems Russia doesn't fear our president's, "There will be consequences" position. Wonder why? Do you NOW see why the U.S. ( who else is there? ) needs to be respected and feared? Do you think Putin had even a second thought before ordering his military to move? Pls don't respond with, "What would you have him do". The issue is we are now viewed as weak and looking for diplomatic solutions when dealing with an evil person. SO I ask, What should we do now? The Obama administration delayed the requirement that employers with between 50 and 100 employees must provide health insurance until 2016.
I'm wondering why, if Obamacare is the right thing for America, there continue to be delays of its implementation. If this is "The Plan for America" wouldn't you think the administration would want to get it out there asap? At least for political reasons? If this is truly what America needs and Wants, wouldn't getting it functioning on all cylinders win vast numbers of additional votes for the left? Does something NOT make sense to You? Could that something be the timing of the expected cancellation notices of these employers insurance plans just before this years mid term elections? Maybe Obamacare is good enough for America BUT not good enough to keep the Democrats in charge of the Senate?

As you may or may not know the administration keeps a daily log of all meetings and activities at the White House. The purpose, from what I have read, is to be "Transparent" with all dealings. So what does that log actually show in regards to the president's involvement with HHS and Obamacare? Remember, this is Obama's Signature achievement. How many times did he meet with Sebelius, one on one, to discuss the plan and progress toward implementation? Well, the white houses' OWN log shows "0" times! Hard to believe, right? The log shows she was there a few times with others but never one on one. However, the same log shows he has meet numerous times with Labor Leaders. Question, try to answer honestly. If you were in charge of your bosses most important project, would you want to meet with him, one on one, a few times to discuss how it is going? If things were tanking, would you give him a heads up BEFORE he went to the CEO of the company to state everything was on track? If not, why? If not, do you think you would still have your job when the entire world found out you had screwed up?

As you should know the U.S. Treasury ( you and me ) loaned GM $49.5 billion dollars to Bail them out. We were told this HAD to be done to avoid their collapse and huge negative impact on the U.S. economy. Whether or not that premise is accurate is accepted or rejected primarily based on ones political belief. However, one result of the bailout is certain, based on FACT. America's investment in GM has resulted in a loss of $10.5 billion! That's a 21+% loss on every dollar given to GM. Sound good to you? If you had invested $1,000, would you be happy getting $790 back? Since we are talking about, "To Big To Fail", how do you feel about bailing out individual states? Do you think that won't happen? If so, how do you think, for instance, California will every payment of its multi billion dollar debt?

I recently asked a question about the latest administration lie about Obama's uncle. Several replies end their comment by saying, "What does it matter"? My question is, does it matter if the White House tells the truth or not? If your answer is it doesn't matter, am I correct in believing your take on life is Whatever we say or do, regardless if it is true or not, its the way we as a society should live?

In the past the White House said Obama NEVER knew or met his uncle who has been living in the U.S. illegally for the past 20 yrs. NOW, the White House says Obama did and does know his uncle and ,per the White House, Obama actually lived with his Uncle for a few months during his earlier years. For those who continue to support Obama and his Administration, is there any limit in regards to the number of false ( lies ) statements they can tell the public BEFORE you will finally say this guy is simply not truthful and will say whatever he needs to say at any given time?

You can't make this stuff up! While visiting the health Advocate, the worker stated how good things were going. Sebelius said she was glad. Then the gentlemen behind Sebelius states the PC screen says, "Temporarily off line". The worker said, "That's OK, the system will come back up". She continues by saying, "This happens everyday". Can we actually make this fiasco any more ridiculous? Oh, don't forget this huge disaster involves 1/ 6th of our ENTIRE economy!
