How do I over come sudden fear of height?
Up until about a year ago I didn't have a fear of heights. Now all of a sudden I can't drive over bridges, drive up a mountain side, or climb a ladder without having a panic attack. How or what kind of doctor do I need to see to over come this fear of height?
