My dog is a rescue from the humane society she is a 6 year old dachshund her name is Paris. Before my mom and I adopted her she was abused therefore never learning to be house trained. She was pretty much just kept in a cage we were told. She is the first dog my mom or I have owned. We've had her for a year now and not sure how to potty train her. The apartments we are thinking about moving into require a pet interview. We also have a cat but he's fine. Anyway my point is how do I house train an old dog? She gets scared if you try to discipline her and then she pees. We take her out 30 minutes after she eats and she goes. But she won't whine or show any signs that she has to use the bathroom. Also she won't go outside without someone with her. What do should we do? Taking her back to the humane society is not an option because she was about to be put down. I love her with all my heart and want to help her. We have to move because my mom just lost her job and this apartments are the only place we can afford in my current school district so we can't just pick another place. Thanks if you read all this.

Ok so my crush and I only have one class together. He sits across from me and when I am taking notes I notice he is staring at me I try to ignore it. But recently people in the class have started teasing me and him about it. I'm very shy and he's not. We don't talk that much. But whenever I go to put my notebook up he will to and touch me on the arm or give me a hug. I'm not good at liking guys lol. So I guess this isn't really does he like me because all my friends think he does. The problem I have is he isn't shy and he kinda flirts with a lot of girls so I don't know if he actually likes me or if he it just having fun flirting with me. I get really nervous to talk to him. When he stares at me sometimes I'll say what and he's just like I didn't say anything and I'm like I know but you're staring at me. And this one time he asked why I got so insecure about him staring at me. I don't know what I should do… thanks for the help! :)

My mom works in fast food and works 11-9 most days, i was told myself i would never have that kind of schedule and i would be home with my kids. I've been reading and they said RN's are normally "on call". I just want to know if you or anyone you know is and RN and how it is with their kids. By the way i'm 15 i don't have kids haha, i just want to think of them even though they aren't here yet. :)

In 2011 I lived in Georgia with my best friend let's call her Nikki, we had been friends since we were 4. I moved to Kansas because my grandma had cancer had was told she had 4-6 months to live. After she got better or sadly died we were going to move back to Georgia. She died in April of 2012. Money was tight and we couldn't afford to move back. Little by little i noticed us drifting apart, she started posting pictures with her new bff's. It hurt me a lot and i would text her or message her on facebook and she didn't reply. I didn't and still don't want to seem like that annoying clingy friend, but i mean we are 15 now how do you throw away 11 years of a friendship? How could someone do that? I don't know if I came on here to get some advice to get her back or some to move on maybe even just to vent. But i see her being happy and doing the things we used to do together and it feels like someone stabbed me in the heart. We were supposed to be best friends forever and i just miss her so much. If you read this till the end thank you. It means a lot.

I have seen some of the same questions but not any good answers. I tried downloading a song a week or so ago and it said processing like normal then, right before it was done it said download error. tap to retry. And when you tap it, it says "unable to download song" this song could not be downloaded at this time. I've tried signing out and closing itunes but it still says it. This happened to my friend and she turned her phone off and it just fixed and downloaded. I have also tried going to the song but it says downloading... Thanks for the help!

Me and my friend were looking through my basement and found a jkf scrapbook.It has newspapers mainly about jfk and his family from 1960-1970. We think that my grandma made this a while ago. The tape has stopped being sticky. It has 67 pages front and back. All about who what when and where. And a lot of pages from life magazines. We aren't sure what to do. Should we re tape the articles back or leave them. Thanks for the help.

My mom is 46 and while I was away with my grandparents over the summer she met a guy she told me about him but I haven't met him yet. She thinks I don't want her to have a bf or be happy but I do its just that he is 26. I find it kinda gross and I told her about this. After I met him I didn't like him very well and my mom told me that he lives in a homeless shelter and he was in trouble with the law. Knowing my mom if they start dating she will ask him to move in. But she got a text and she told me to read it and it was from Daniel that's the guy and he was just saying hi. But when I looked at the message right above it said from him Im glad we got to see each other again when are you going to tell your daughter. Why is she hiding this from me and lying??

I went to the dentist and i had 5 cavities. I had them filled put only filled 4 because the other one was small. But they put in silver fillings. I now have 7 silver fillings and i am so ashamed and depressed about it and i am scared the other cavity will grow and have to get it filled. But i learned that they have white fillings! Why didn't they ask if i wanted white instead of silver i would have jumped at that chance. I am depressed that i have 7 fillings and i don't want to eat or drink and i am always paranoid about getting more cavities. Please help me! thanks i am 13 and im going to the dentist in two days and i am scared to because my birthday is two days after that and if i have cavities i wont enjoy my birthday or anything

So i went to the dentist and i had 4 cavities i got those fixed. It was because i didn't floss enough. So ever since then i have flossed 2 a day and i cut down on the sugar. But my gum is hurting when i brush and my teeth have all ready grown in. And i don't want another cavity. I brush and floss 2 a day. What's wrong?? Please help

Tomorrow i am getting on an airplane. I am not scared to get on the plane. I am going to New Orleans to see my grandparents like i do every summer. This is the second year i am going on an airplane to get there. Last summer we had to go to Kansas City and when we got there i was balling and having an anxiety attack because i didn't want to leave my mom. I really love my mom and i don't want to leave her. I don't know why i get so sad because we talk on the phone everyday. And i always have a lot of fun. But when i am going to get on the airplane and i am walking into the thing that takes you into the airplane that's when i lose it and i start crying. I don't know why but i do it's so hard for me to walk away and i want to tell her bye again but i don't want to look at her because i don't want her to see me crying. I just don't know what to do and i don't know if i can get on the airplane tomorrow!! What do i do? Thanks for reading sorry it's so long.
