They keep re-installing themselves into my pc. How do I get rid of them? I run a anti virus program that removes them, but then they re-install themselves once my computer is restarted.

The operating system on one of my computers is corrupted. I can only use it in safe mode. It Windows 7 Explorer in it now. I think if I re-install an OS it should fix it. Should I just install the new OS over the old one? Or should I remove the old one completely, then try to install a new one?

When you are driving and an ambulance is speeding towards you in the opposite lane, do you pull over and stop? Or do you simply drive on your merry way because they have their own lane?

I usually pull over and stop just in case the ambulance needs more room for whatever reason and if I am stopped it is easier for them to drive by because it doesn't have to predict what I am going to do. I have seen many many many drivers simply drive by as if nothing out of the norm were happening. What is right?
