I have a quad core i7 Dell laptop with 4 gigs of memory that I'd like to upgrade to 8. Will this memory work?

In Oblivion, leveling up seemed pointless since everytime I improved, enemies across the entire game did as well. Does this game have the same problem (well, problem for me anyways)

I'm close to getting my pilots lic, and would like to celebrate with a new headset. I don't understand the difference between the $150 sets and the $1100 sets (except the Bose one has Bluetooth). Don't really have a budget in mind, and I'm not sure if ANR reduces noise through the mic or through the speakers (like noise cancelling personal headphones).

I think I understand what causes the dewpoint (the temperature at which the air becomes saturated), what I don't understand is this:

- If there is no spread between the current temp and the dewpoint at ground level, we have fog

- If there is a 5 degree (C) spread, and air cools at 2.5 degrees per 1000 ft, then we should have a cloud base at roughly 2000 ft

- If there is a 10 degree (C) spread, we should have clouds at 4000 ft

- If there is a 20 degree (C) spread, we should have clouds at 8000 ft....and so on

So how do we have clear days? Shouldn't there always be clouds at SOME elevation?

Normally I'd jump at the thinner, prettier Galaxy, but my wife and I have Galaxy phones and they've always been a bit buggy...so I'm nervous about going back to Samsung.

I just bought a Samsung 3D LED set (7000 series, edgelit set).

Love Samsung, but I've got some issues with the backlit uniformity. The bottom of the screen has spots that are brighter than others, which isn't a big deal during the day but its terribly distracting at night (darker room makes bright spots more obvious). Samsung is replacing the panel, but the company doing the work says that kind of issue is common with edge-lit sets and I may be stuck with it.

Would an 8000 series with Precision Dimming help reduce or eliminate bright spots?

OK, so I think I get most of the movie but there's a few detailsl I still don't quite understand: The architect builds the dream world, and the dreamer populates it. I get that part. What I don't get is:

- How does Mal get into the dreams? I understand she's a manifestation of Cobb's guilt, but Cobb's not populating the dream, the dreamer is.

I read an article on Yahoo that specified jobless rate and unemployement as two seperate things. They say that we added only 39k jobs, and that unemployment went up to 9.8. How does unemployment rise if we ADDED 39k jobs?

My son's had his phases, including the "I'm gonna push your buttons and see what gets me in trouble" phase. A couple weeks ago he came down with a fever for several days, plus congestion so bad he could barely sleep for a few days more. Once it cleared up, he became a completely different kid.

ANYTHING can send him into a fit of hysteria...not just a tantrum, but full blown hysteria where he screams, throws things, cannot control himself, etc. He screams that he doesn't want me in the room but screams when I leave the room. Punishment hasn't worked, holding him to calm him down doesn't work.

Also, now he's afraid of everything...from his room to the sound of my voice. We thought he may have been sleep deprived, but he got a full 12 hours last night and its still more of the same.

Basically I have a calander I made, and underneath it I'd like to put a few calculations that will not fit within the width of my colums. So, I either need to be able to have wider colums towards the bottom rows, or have a small area to fit another spreadsheet it.

What are your thoughts about a "mega-mosque" planned to be built next to where the World Trade Center fell? Do you support this idea, or find it in poor taste?

Also, is it true that Islam encourages the building of mosques "over areas where Islam has conquered enemies"

PLEASE no disrespectful remarks. I am not trolling, I am looking to educate myself and hear the opposite side of a story I've read.

All three are laptops. I've got Big Daddy running Win 7. I've made a homegroup already. I've got the RedHead Stepchild running Win Vista, and I've got Mini-Me (netbook) running WinXP.

I would like to be able to swap photos and vids across these three computers. The furthest I've been able to get is making a homegroup on Win7, and trying to access it through Win Vista. However whenever I try to access a computer on Vista, it asks me for a login name + password. Homegroup did give me a password, but never a login name.

Help :P

Ok, so I've made a chart with a column that instead of forcing me to type in the name of a bank, it uses drop down menus to select a bank (Chase, Wells, BofA, CapOne...). I would like to create a page that tells me how many times Chase was selected, Wells, BofA, etc. How would I do that?

OK, first I admit I'm in WAY over my head...but I've done OK so far. I'm trying to make my website myself. I designed the front page in Photoshop and sliced it up. Now the problem I have is turning the slices into rollovers.

I've got 2 important slices to rollover, but you'll notice when you rollover the image of a monitor, only the upper half rolls...I want the lower left slice to roll with it. Same thing if you were to mouse over the lower left...Basically, I want the whole monitor pic to rollover even though its made of 2 seperate slices.

How do I do this?

I do graphics & photography work, and have had my eye on the Dell XPS 16 because of the RGBLED option available. However, it doesn't come with a quad core. Any other brands that screens good enough to do graphics work with?
