I want help building a podium. I am very novice here. So I will need to have every step explained to me in very basic terms. I need it to be very stable

I would say half the people on here either post question or answer questions about religion. Then, when I look at the question or answer (when they are not on private), just about all of their Answers/questions are about religion as well

So atheist, why would people that have no belief in God of any type, spend so much time trying to answer question about religion?

I am asking how deep would the ocean be if everything was made one height? ...no mountains or anything else...just land under sea.

Let say your name is John. Now you have 5 kids...and you decide to name them all John. Now naturally you would name the first one John Jr...then you would go down the list...John III, john IV, john V, and John VI.

Now let say that John III wanted to continue this tradition...Would John III start with John IV or would he name his first kid John VII or start a completely new line and start the next john at Jr again?

If it is just an answer on what you would do...please tell me why you would do it that way....or if you actually know of a case like this...I would really like a link on the subject.

I kinda decided that I want to make a suit for myself but I can not find anything on how to make my own suit. On top of that, there are allot of things I do not know. For instance...

What are the rules for fabric? (what kind of fabrics should I use and what kinds that I should not use...where do you buy the fabric for suits...what are the different qualities of fabric?)

How do you measure for the perfect fit? (I have a couple of suits but even though get each one tailored for me I am never satisfied how they fit/look on me.)

And what ever other information you might think about that I am overlooking would be greatly appreciated.

My goal is to make myself a suit that does not look hand made...and looks and fits perfectly.

I know plants have toxins but so do some animals…but it is just so they don’t get eaten or to help with eating other animals…it is not so they will not get sick.

Do they have a system for fighting diseases like us…if so are the part of the immune system called (Example: human have white blood cells).

If it is only toxins then how does the system recognize threats verses damage just done by the wind (obviously sending out toxins won’t help it survive a hurricane)

I know if you add more air pressure to water, the boiling point rises...does more air pressure increase the freezing point to or does it stay the same?

if not then why do they have the counter on the bottom...seems kinda useless

i notice that the yahoo staff is getting a point system just like we (the orinary people) are getting...wouldn't that be kinda self defeating if one of your staff was on top of the score board...let me ask a differant way...why do the staff get points just like we (the orinary people) do...i am not trying to insult you, i am just wondering
