My son has autism and often does not understand the correct way to act in church. He is 11 years old and I allow him to play with toys quietly to get him to get him to stay calm. Now after a year of knowing and "understanding" my child, they are beginning to complain about his noises (kids with autism often make noises for sensory needs). I love this church, do I stay or go?

If kids are being relatively quiet and playing with toys is it a problem?

My kids were having a bad day and I had to leave the rectory 4 times... they said it was rude and distracting. What do you think? My other choice was to stay in the rectory with crying kids.

She is walking around huffy all the time, walks off when I am talking to her, back talks me and generally treats everyone around her with malcontent. I have tried various punishments such as time outs, grounding, taking away privileges and so for. They all seem to for some time, but then it all comes back. Her father and I are fed up!

My "friend" was having a hard time with money and asked me if I could get a loan for $300 to help her out. I said yes on the express agreement that she would pay for the payments, because I could not afford them. Well, my friend only one payment and then starting having money problems again.I tried to be understanding but the loan company wasn't so understanding and after three weeks with no payment, they took the entire amount of the loan out of my account, causing me to be in a real bind. I told her this, she appoligized and told me that she would make payments to me. I said that she could make payments to me, even if they were $5 or %10 at a time, because I know that she is a single mom. the problem is that she has yet to make any effort to pay me back and has only called me a handful of times- one to watch her daughter. I have decided that I probably will NEVER get paid back, but my question is, should I stay friends with her or is this a one-sided friendship?

This is my problem. I was kicked out of a program because the program director thought I was rude and not in control of my emotions. What I want to know is if she was right. Here is the scenario: I was called by one of the programs volunteers saying that I needed to pick up a package, so I drove 30 minutes away to come and pick up this package. When I got there, I was informed that there was no package for me, but rather one of the other participants in the program. I was rather frustrated after the lady says to me, "There is no package for you, I really do not know what to tell you." So, I said, while I was walking away, "Well thanks for wasting my time." In your opinion, is this rude and not in control of emotions?

They say to err is to be human, but I keep on making errors and do not seem to be doing much else. And on top of that, I seem to always hurt the people around me. How can I change? For example, the other night, I was at my sister's wedding and my husband came with me, but he spent the entire night outside and I had to keep making excuses for him. When he finally did come in I told him that if he did not want to be here why did he even come? He said that he is not comfortable there, but he wanted to be there for me. Well I was mad, I said to him that he was not there for me if he was outside. I stormed out of the wedding and had a huge fight with him, thus hurting my sister and making a huge *** out of my self. Then we went back to his mom's house (staying there for weekend because it was close to the wedding) and continued to fight because he said I mad him angry by not understanding his point. So my question is why do I keep messing up and how do I fix it?
