Can a unionized employee win this harrasement complaint ?
Employee ! is having a baby shower...employee 2 was not invited, as she has been nothing but ignorant and mean to Employee 1 since Employee 1 started working there, and the two do not get along, and never have. Employee 2 has filed a grievance with the union as a harrasement complaint for not being invited. Is this a legitimate grievance ?

I noticed a couple weeks ago a few little...actually very tiny flies around the plants...and quickly the numbers grew. 6 AnswersGarden & Landscape1 decade agoWhat's going on with my ABS..?
The ABS warning light came on briefly a couple days ago, but went off when the truck was shut off and didn't come back on again...however yesterday while driving , all of a sudden when I applied the brakes the ABS activated, ie: the peddle 'shook' when I pushed on it...and I had very limited braking. The roads were wet...but certainly not slippery. It did this intermittently for the duration of my drive...about an hour and a half. Any thoughts on what it may be. And yes I'm going to get it looked at today...just want to know if anyone here may know what's going on. BTW..if it matters...it's a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport.
