Our managers are trying to find new ways to motivate employees during their shift. Any suggestions on games or competitions to promote TEAMWORK and bring some fun back into their jobs?

I live in Indiana. Having worked in restaurants/bars over the last few years-I see all of the waste created and thrown out daily-it disgusts me! Then when I think about how many restaurants/bars there are in this country-most likely w/ the same wasteful habits. I want to get involved. There should be laws. Anyone have any tips?

I would just like to know why every tv ad or magazine article discussing a patient's medical history states that knowing it will save your life-and yet where are all of the doctors stating these facts when it comes time for supporters to speak up about open records for adoptees ?

I had computer associates(CA) antivirus on my pc provided by sbc/att as part of my dsl bumdle.Then without any given notice-att/sbc dropped CA n switched to Norton . I had no idea that they were no longer using CA. I continued to update and run CA everyday. But since sbc dropped them CA was never really updating for me which means the virus protection was useless. It never warned me of any problems-it just finished the scans and said no viruses found! I took my pc into staples 2 have it checked b/c it was having all types of issues. They told me that there was no antivirus software found on my pc. but they did find tons of trojans, malware,etc. They said I need to wipe out everything.When I got home I went 2 sbc page online 2 check CA. Sbc prompted me 2 install Norton! I tried and it said "sorry-Norton will not be available until feb.15-which was still 2 wks away! so I waited 2 wks,tried again only 2 be told I dont have enough memory 4 norton install.Thanks sbc.So how do i fix

I applied for a car loan. Dealership used transunion and my fico was 637. credit union uses transunion and fico was 555. i checked online w/ transunion and fico was 637.-these were all 3 checked in the same day. I know every lender uses their own system and pulls what they want from your credit report to decide on approving u or not-but why the heck does transunion charge u for your score when it does not mean crap? it will never be exactly the true score when lenders all use different factors!!!!

This is probably a stupid question. I have dsl thru sbc and I use a speedstream 5100 modem for that but is there a way to use the d-link to access internet wireless?

spilled a mixture of oil and water from a rotisserie chicken container on a huge spot on a coat.

I have been a loyal customer for 4 years with no claims, accidents, tickets-not one! i just handed them money each month. i lease a 04 honda(full coverage) just this past sep. i had financial trouble and went 2 months w/o insur. went from $428/ per 6 months to $869/6 months i was told it would last 6 months then go back down. i called 2 days ago ans spoke w/ agent she said underwriter won't lower it until i go 6 months w/o a cancellation notice being sent out-they just sent one yesterday she tells me. then i call the 1-800 # to them and a lady there tells me my insurance was cancelled may 22! my local agent never mentioned it yesterday! nothing in the mail from them about it yet-my policy was up 4 renewal this month and i received no statement so since i was past the 5 day graceperiod for payment it was cancelled. that sort of thing -i was told- only happens 2x's a year when 6 month policy is up 4 renewal! i am disappointed-used 2 speak highly of them.who should i switch 2 now?

a dentist told my friend that she should do nothing (as far as dental work) for her seven yr old and her teeth. and that since they are her baby teeth not to worry. this poor girl has like no teeth left in her mouth and i know she is in pain. i am not sure how long her teeth have been this way but i think she needs a second opinion from another dentist. her permanent teeth will greatly be affected. any opinions?

i have a speedstream 5100. sometimes when i am online but get up for a while and come back to the computer the activity light is off and i can't browse anymore until i turn off the modem and turn it back on. it also happens a lot when I lof offline and go to get back on. once i restart my modem i can browse but it is getting pretty annoying having to take the time to restart. any help? p.s. talk to me like i am 4:)

my friend bought a brand new pc and it has been on for 2 weeks and from the start there is about 60 or so running processes in task manager. why so many?

my friend was driving from az. and was caught with 70 lbs. of pot in his car.(yes he's an idiot) i heard it is only a misdemeanor if u r caught with under 200 lbs. is this true?

my friend just got a brand new gateway pc. not sure about memory and all that. it has a dvd burner installed. win xp.

unfortunatelyt for her dsl is not available where she lives so in the meantime she has yahoo dial:( (i know, i know)

mcafee protection was already installed. ad-aware se is also installed. she tried installing an msn dial disk she had on her previous pc. i think it is only partially installed though. when i first hooked her new computer up for her it had like 79 running processes in task manager. this was a week ago. now it has 60-62 constantly running. i know dial up sucks, but she had AOL came installed when she bought the pc. it was still slow then but now that she is on yahoo it seems to be slower. Given, hopefully, enough facts on this does anyone have any advice for her? I also need a recomendation for a good antivirus. i don't think mcafee is helping any. Thanks for reading the whole thing to whoever has an answer!
