Here are some numbers:

I spent $1900 on the down payment.

I made my November car payment the week before he wrecked my Jeep. $164.25

I had to borrow my brother's car and put gas in it. So far- $50.00 -/+

I am not getting any extra money out of this. His insurance is paying my finace company and my GAP policy is covering the rest.

I bought the car on September 3, 2009 and he wrecked it on October 22, 2009. He wrecked around 10pm and he never bothered to tell me until I got a call the next morning around 8am telling me to come pick up my rental from Enterprise in Paris, Texas. I called him and asked him why I was getting a call on this and then I asked him if he wrecked. He said, "I might have." He doesn't feel like he should have to pay anything. I think he should. Are there any figures I could use to sue him?

He wrecked on Oct. 22. He says he hit a deer but he never filed a police report. I have GAP (Guaranteed Auto Protection) that is supposed to pay it off. My GAP policy won't pay out anything until his insurnace pays but his insurance won't pay until I can get a lien release from my finace company. I was driving his car until I got this sorted out but now he will not let me drive. Please help!

i was with this girl named sammi jo, who i never talk to or hangout with, and we were in my car somewhere at night. then her mom pulled up in a truck and so did some friends of hers in a different car. they were all thugged out and did drugs and sold them and stuff like that. her mom saw me and kinda freaked cause it was like i wasnt suppose to be there with them, but one of her friends in the other car nodded to her mom as if letting her know it was okay that i was there. then this guy walked up with a black bandana and pulled out a gun and i told her to go but the car wouldnt go fast and he shot the tires flat and then he put the gun in window and pointed it at me and shot it but then BAM i woke up.

On World News Tonight, they were showing that gas only costs $0.11 per gallon. Yes, that is 11 cents. In Oklahoma, it is about $2.85/ gallon. What's your opinion and what are some gas prices in your area?
