I can't be the only person that has this problem, but I can't find anything on the internet already, so I was wondering if anyone could help on here.

Basically I replaced the standard studs on my new Nike Mercurials with rugby studs (as I have done with all my boots previously), however I have worn away the threads on one of the stud holes in the boot (the studs themselves aren't the problem)- to the point where the stud wont tighten beyond a certain point which means it will constantly fall out.

Short of gluing the stud in(and hoping the boots wear out before the stud does), is there anything else I can try?

I have been doing the 1500m Steeplechase at junior level in the UK. I have looked to find an answer for this but I can't, so here I go. Can I use both of my hands to get over the barriers (within the rules)? My mate reckons you can only use one, but I want to do a flip over the last barrier for a bet. Cheers

I am 13(but in under 15), and i run for a club (Sale Harriers). I run the 1500m in an average time of about 4.48 and my pb is 4.42(set yesterday) i am on the power of 10 website but 4.42 isnt on there because it was set with school in the national schools final my club best it 4.44.2 so can somebody please work out how good i am compared to everyone nation(and maybe even world)wide and if i have a chance of running in the 2012 olympics because that is my overall goal.

By the way you are judging Edwin, Lampard is also a bag of sh*te. Van Der Sar has proved himself to be a truly great goalkeeper who is only doing the same as most other keepers. Here are a few examples of "world class" goalkeepers who do the same thing as him yet these are defended although they cant make saves or catch a ball:

Kahn can also be like that

Are these all as bad as Van Der Sar?
