Anyone having problems with facebook today?
I can't log on, keep getting message that this it is doing maintenance on this site...I live in Tennessee, and my son lives in New Hampshire and he is not having any problems.

My husband was a Union Sheet Metal worker for 20 years, until they were out on strike for over a year and he dropped out about 20 years ago. Here is the problem, they came to him and wanted him to get backin the union, said he would get his full pension, yeah, right. What was suppose to be $1,600. per month turned into a little over $200. a month for 20 years work in the union. Is this legal? They told us if he tried to fight it they would tie it up in Litigations so long he would never see it if he didn't accept the $200.00.
They are taking away what he put into this pension over a 20 year period. Any lawyers out there got an answer?
My husband is now on disability and that is what we are living on at this time as I have also applied for disability, we are both in our early 60's. Thank you for your replies.
