  • If it's true that since a fetus isn't viable outside of the womb we should be able to kill infants also?

Infants aren't viable outside of the womb either. I mean, they can't survive without being cared for. The only difference is that the environment has changed. So if a woman has the baby and then decides it just doesn't fit into her lifestyle and that she will probably abuse it then why shouldn't she be able to just get rid of it?

  • Would Tom Brady go into the Hall of Fame? ?

I'm not saying this will happen, but if Tom Brady was never able to come back from his injury does he have the career statistics to get into the Hall of Fame? Personally I think it's a no brainer that he should go. He has 3 Super Bowl rings and has been one of the best, if not the best, quarterback in this century. The problem is that if he doesn't come back from this injury his statistics and short playing career might count against him. What do you think?

  • What is your opinion of Asante Samuel celebrating with Curt Warner at the end of the NFC Championship game?

I can understand that the game is over but what is Asante Samuel doing celebrating with Curt Warner after loosing to him? What did he say? "Way to go Curt. You whipped our butts!"

How would you feel if you were Samuel's teammate?

  • Should I just let her go? Women, can you help me?

I have been dating a woman for a while now. She has been seperated from her husband since February and tells me that she doesn't love him anymore. She also tells me that she has never experienced a love like ours and that she wants to move on with our relationship. I have met her children, her sisters and brother as well as her parents and friends and they all seem to really like me and have told her that they think we make a great couple.

The problem, however, is that occasionally she will start to cry and tell me that she feels guilty about leaving her husband and she wonders if the right thing to do is go back to him. She tells me that she doesn't love him but that she just feels guilty.

Should I just listen to her, allow her to vent and hope that is all it is? Maybe she just is having these feelings and they are just temporary.

Or should I tell her that we can't see each other until she can sort all of this out? This option is very scary as I am afraid that I will lose her forever and I really love her.

Any input you can give, especially from women, is appreciated..

  • Children are born atheists or with a God gene. Which is it?

I see atheists saying that all children are born atheists and are only given over to ideas of God because of their parents or society. Then I seen atheists clinging to the idea that there is a god gene which makes everyone have thoughts of a superior being or god. Well, which is it? Make up your mind? Or do atheists just pick whatever is convenient for their particular argument?

  • Did Socrates, Plato and Aristotle really exist?

All that we know about these three was written 1000 years after they died. Maybe they were just part of Greek mythology. After all, what we know about Jesus the Christ was written within 100 years of His death and written by eyewitnesses such as John and Matthew, men who really knew Him and spoke to Him. Yet I see many claiming that since all the writings are after Jesus died they can't be trusted. Why the double standard?

  • What would it take to have a legitimate 3rd party?

Most agree that the Democrats are too far left while the Republicans are too far right. Polls show that the vast majority of Americans are in the middle, maybe a little left or right, but get shouted down by the two extremist group on either end of the spectrum.

What would it take for a 3rd party that actually represents this majority middle group of Americans to emerge?

  • What is the attraction of the "Bachelor/Bachlorette"?

I don't understand why this show is so popular. Not only is it an illusion that anyone could "fall in love" with someone in such an environment but what a horrible thing to do to people?

Last night, for instance, Jason is head over heals in love with that woman. He goes and picks out a beautiful diamond ring with the fantasy that he will get down on his knee, ask Deanna to marry him, she will say yes and then he will live happily ever after with the woman of his dreams. She did, after all, spend the day kissing him and leading him on to believe that she was feeling the same way.

Did you see the look in his eyes when she told him know? Did you see the pain.. the anquish, the shattered dreams? Is this entertainment? Do you really enjoy seeing this?

I suppose some found seeing gladiators fight to the death was entertaining to but I don't understand it. Please explain to me why this show interests you.

  • Was the pope right?

The pope made comments recently to the effect that many Islamists, too many, adhere to a philosophy of violence, hate and destruction. In response, Islamists throughout the middle east threatened the pope and burned Christian churches, most of which weren't even Catholic. Then they demanded an apology from the pope.

Aren't these Islamists just proving the pope's point? And why should he apologize for saying something that these Islamists are demonstrating has validity?
