The father lives in one state, and the child (who is now an adult) lives in another, quite far away from each other. Is there a way they can establish paternity without either traveling?

It started when my left foot/toes went numb for 2 days, my vision is blurred, I keep "zoning out", my short-term memory has gotten so bad it's scaring me, the other day it felt as though someone was pushing on my spine for a whole day (very uncomfortable), today my body is so stiff I can hardly stand/move, my arms are weak (I couldn't even hold my dinner plate), I'm hearing high pitch sounds in my right ear (almost like energy), and feel electricity run through my body. I can't sleep for more than a few minutes at a time, I lose my balance just standing still and get teased at work (although it's all in fun, it scares me)....and I'm so tired....Does anyone know what this may be? I made an appointment with my physician, but her earliest appointment is Dec. 11th, and the days are adding new symptoms and I don't have the slightest idea of what it could be.

I was pretty much sold on the 2008 Ford Focus, as I own a 2005 and love it, but it seems to be taking forever to be released, so I've given up on it. I travel 300-500 miles per week, so I need something efficient. Would like to stay in the same class as the focus, as I refuse to pay $30,000 or more on a vehicle.

I am only trading my focus because I've managed to put on 62,000 miles in 3 years and want to trade before things start falling apart.

My Mom's cat just had 3 kittens yesterday, one died, but the cat doesn't seem to care about the kittens at all. She won't feed them, she never cleaned them, she carries one around sometimes, but seems to dislike the other. Why is this? And, since the kittens aren't getting fed, what can my Mom feed them? Thank you for any suggestion. We've never had kittens in the family before.

What do you think a good punishment would be for a first time-caught drunk driver? These people are reoffending like it's nothing. My opinion would be to lose your driving privileges for life, then I think more people would really think about it before they got behind the wheel intoxicated. What's your opinion?

My hubby has booked a "surprise" overnight stay for us out of town tonight. The problem I have, is that he invited all of his friends from work and their wives for the dinner, the show and after hours drinks. I don't know these people well, and what I do know, I'm not sure I like. He knows how I feel from past experiences. I am getting a real uncomfortable feeling right now and I don't even want to go anymore. If it were just him and I or at least some friends of OURS I would feel better. I'm not much of a conversationalist, as I am a little on the shy side and quiet. What should I do to make this evening enjoyable for both of us?
