I saw 2 on Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale, AZ. It had a round body about the size of my thumb nail (no fuzz), with really skinny long legs that were black with white bands. The stomach was a burnt orage color and the top was black/gray/a little white. I am curious to know what this could be?

I've seen that spelling twice in one day on legitimate sites--at first it seemed like a typo but then I thought that it might be a different type of spelling???

Okay, so lately some really good, exciting things have been going on. All the excitement built up and now suddenly I have been really stressed for the last 2 days. I know happiness causes stress, but it feels like a bad stress now, even though I am still happy/excited. Why, and how do I manage it?
