I currently have a sofa and matching sofa, I also have an antique wing chair. I fell in love with a sofa but they do not make a matching love seat. I already have two end tables a coffee table. what are some interesting ways to get around this problem. I def need the seating

my shower temp generally gets very very hot, now that it has been changed from three separate handles to one the temp is not as hot. Even the sink faucet puts out hotter water. The Plumber said there is nothing I can do. now what??

if so how long before for the best taste? I would also like any suggestions for recipes you may have.

the scratches occurred over the last year none of them are down to the wood where the finish is removed but they are visible and aesthetically do not look nice,, the finish is pretty dark, a mahogany.. the manufacturer says this of the wood: Tabletop and leaf are crafted from mahogany, veneers and MDF. can this be refinished? Im afraid that If I sand it I wont be able to replicate the dark stain and that I might ruin the table altogether... HELP

brand new subway tile very smalll grout lines, I figure i am going to have to pick out the stuff thats cracking and regrout, but once i do this is there a special product to apply to make it stay?? this happened in my last apt it was so annoying! the grout we used is nonsanded, was there a sealer that was supposed to be used?
