on January 6th 2008, a few days ago an uninsured motorist clipped my brand new 2008 Dodge Avenger. She told the police, "just give me a ticket for no insurance, because I cant find my Papers. I was really pissed off. Is there anything I can do about this? My car is in the shop as of today, and I have to pay the $500 deductable. Is there a way I can go to her court date when she sees the judge? I live in Arizona. and would it be worth it to file a judgement. I already let the Department of Motor Vehicles know about this, and I also know where she was visiting. (yep, she visits her boyfriend on the other side of the apartment building That I live in.) At first when she hit me she ran from the car (probably hiding some drugs is what my insurance company said.) then I chased after her and found where she went. she came outside with her boyfriend, and they tried to get me to NOT CALL THE POLICE. What is she crazy or what? She needs to pay somehow. what can I do to make her pay or suffer ?
