  • Pierre Mcguire?

Anyone else despise this guy? I put the t.v on mute when he's working. He's so loud and sounds incredibly annoying. Not to mention that he doesn't know what he's talking about most of the time

You can't tell me that a shootout in that Minnesota vs Colorado game would have been more exciting then game 1

  • How creative do you think that illiterate nomads are?

I keep hearing that the ancients made up the concept of God. This seems more then a little perplexing to me after studying ancient religion. The concepts that they believed in were a little too complex to be attributed to illiterate nomads from 5 thousand years ago.

  • what is the best rebuttal against the causal argument for God?

the causal argument for the existence of God states: "Everything that exists must have a cause. (Something can't create itself.) It is also impossible to continue backwards to infinity with causes, therefore there must have been a first cause which was not conditioned by any other cause. That cause must be God."

  • I made revisions to my poem, what do you think now?

    Suburban Nostalgia

Cause this is how it ends

    Muggy shadows

    Present Street corners

    City Curves

    Fade into tranquility

It evolved once in my dream

    Everyone I once knew

    Everyone I once passed by

    Rushed in my direction

    The lot of them

    Hungered for my affection

    Then when I thought

The dream couldn’t get any worse

    The familiar blood hounds vanished

    Once again

    I am alone

    In a place I remember

    In this place so bittersweet

    This feeling of Suburban Nostalgia

    Watch my sanity decrease

    This place is revolting

    I can’t stand

    This is my plight

    What an awful disease

The feeling that remains grips my throat

    Clutches, Holds on, and grabs

The air is tighter then I’ve ever felt before

    It lets me know

That I have nowhere to go

    I’m not ready for this

It will force me to die

    My love, My Pain

    It Simmers, Subsides

    My final peace

    My final resting place

    this is where it ends

    This place of reminision

    My dream that transcends

  • what do you think of this poem?

    Suburban Nostalgia

Cause this is how it ends

    Suburban street corners

    Uptown bends

I saw it evolve once in a dream

    Everyone I once knew

Came running at me as a team

    The lot of them

    Bolted in my direction

    The whole of them

    Came running for my affection

    Just when I thought

    It couldn’t get any worse

    The group of them vanished

Leaving me with my original curse

    So I remain

    In the city

    Crying

    In pain

    A place I remember

    A place so bittersweet

    This feeling of Suburban Nostalgia

    Knocks me off my feet

    Such a disgusting experience

    I wouldn’t wish for anyone

    But it’s pleasure and rush

    I can’t live without

    This place is revolting

    Suburban Nostalgia

    What an awful disease

The feeling that remains grips my throat

    Clutches, Holds on, and grabs

Tighter then I’ve ever felt before

    The air lets me know

That I have nowhere to go

    Suburban Nostalgia

My pain is starting to show

I’m not ready to fall on my knees

    I’m not ready to die

    My love, My Pain

    It Simmers, Subsides

    Suburban Nostalgia

    My final peace

    Suburban Nostalgia

    My final resting place

So this is where it ends

    A place of reminision

    This place that transcends
