Does anyone know if there are scientific studies that conclude Occupational Therapy helps children with ADHD? Thanks

A family relative - who is 84 and lives in NY state - has glaucoma that's being treated. He has a "sticker" on his windshield that he "lines up" with the lines on the road to "stay in his lane". Also, his mental alertness and physical dexterity have clearly become compromised in recent years.

Last week, he saw his eye doctor (a board certified optometrist with a license to practice in NY) for his glaucoma. Would the optometrist by legally obligated to report concerns about my relative's driving ability to anyone? (Admittedly, I'm assuming that the optometrist may have had reasons for concern.)

Last week, my wife fell done the stairs. She is 47 years old. She slid down 3 or 4 stairs on her buttocks. She has a large, purple bruise on her left butt cheek. She feels no pain where the bruise is, but she does feel pain over her coccyx. Specifically, the area becomes sore if she sits for a long period of time (e.g., a movie).

There is no visible bruise over her coccyx. I'm guessing she bruised her left gluteus maximus. I'm also guessing she bruised her coccyx, but did not break or fracture it. There's no sharp pain when she presses on her coccyx, and there's no visible bruise over it. Thoughts anyone?

I plan to rent a minivan every two weeks over the next year. (Since I live in Manhattan, it's actually cheaper than owning a car.) I was surprised to learn that none of my local rental car agencies (Avis, Hertz, National) offer frequent renter discounts. Does anyone have a suggestion? If I know that I will be a frequent renter this year, is there a less expensive way to do it?

A NJ trooper wrote me a ticket for unsafe lane change (failure to use turn signal) on the NJ turnpike near Woodbridge. I believe I did use my turn signal, but I'm worried that it's just my word against the trooper's. I have already pleaded 'not guilty', and I'm just waiting for my court date. What should I say to the judge? I don't have any moving violations (or parking violations for that matter) on my record. Also, I live in New York City (but I can easily reach the court house by train).
