Im thinking of buying an R4 for racing and training, but its got fairly agressive geometry and so im worried about aches and stuff on long training rides. Im only 17 so im not that worried but any opinions on the bike's geometry would be really useful. Also is there anything I can do to fiddle with the geometry once I buy the bike, like raising the bars etc. ?

I need some ideas for arguments FOR banning the advertising of gambling , ie. adverts for online poker , bingo, casinos etc.

Im looking for some better headphones for my Ipod, im thinking of in ear headphone are they any good?? My friends had some trouble with them although his were only 8 pounds. ($16). Im thinking of getting a pair of Ultimate Ears Super.fi 3 studio in ear headphones. Are these good????? PLease tell me? ANd are in ear headphones good to use ?

IM getting a fender start squier deluxe, and i'd like to get a pretty good amp with it, because i find otherwise you just cant get good quality even from an amazing guitar, if you have a crap amp.

Many amps i like for are 100 watts or more, or 20 or less, which is too much or too little. the ones that are 40/50 have special features that mean they cost more than 400 pounds sometimes. please does anyone know a good quality 40/50 watt amp?

I've been playing spanish guitar for about a year nd 5/6 months now. Im about grade 2-4 not reli sure, bt i guess im fairly musical ( grade 7 oboe) and i need a good entry level electric guitar in the price range 100-200 I guess
