I'm trying to open a Word 2003 file that I saved a couple of months ago. However, whenever I click on it, a File Conversion box shows up and asks me to "select the encoding that makes the document readable." I have clicked on everything and have followed instructions posted on Microsoft's website, but nothing has worked so far.

It is not an issue of Word compatibility, as the file was saved as a Word 2003 file from and on to the computer I am using now.

Is there any way to save/open this file? It's of very crucial nature.

I'm going to be a senior next year. I'm definitely going to be taking AP Calc, but I'm still debating as to whether or not I should sign up for AP Stat. I heard that they're not interconnected, so...I don't know...advice? :)

I'm taking AP Lit next year as a junior. I haven't taken AP Lang. I'm just wondering...is it a hard class? What exactly does it get into? I know literature, but any specifics?

My family's planning a trip to California next month. We'll be mostly staying in San Diego, but we're planning on renting a car and driving up to Anaheim to Disneyland for a day. Here are some questions:

- I heard that tickets are $63 for adults and $53 for kids. We have like 5 people in our family, are there any discounts that can be found online or something?

- Also, how much is the parking fee for a whole day?

- Anyone that's been there, what's a must see? And any tips/suggestions?

- Is it better to purchase tickets online or get them at the park? Where can online tickets be purchased?

I'm a sophomore in high school this year and I'd really like to get into an Ivy League college.

Right now, all my required classes (Algebra 2, Biology, English 2, US History) are honors classes. I also take French 2, Gym and Advanced Drawing. Next year, I plan to take 1-2 AP classes along with courses at Yale. (I live really close to Yale, so juniors/seniors at my school can take courses there depending on our GPA). My lowest grade in Freshman year and Sophomore year so far is one B.

I used to play violin when I was little, but quit. So, I don't think that's going to help me much. I know 4 languages (Chinese, English, Dutch and French). Moved to Europe when I was little and moved to US around 6th grade-ish.

I'm also in my school's Environmental Club (set up by my friend) and we're trying to set up my school's recyling again.

Do you think I could get into an Ivy League college? If not, what do you think I should do to improve my chances? Thanks. :)

I have brown eyes and I mostly only use black eyeliner. I like to smudge it a little to get the smokey eye look.

I have a SanDisk Sansa MP3. I just got it like 3 weeks ago. Just now, when i push the power button, it gets stuck. Like, usually when i start it up, it says like "SANSA" on the screen and stays like that for about a second and then goes to playing music. But now, when i turn it on, the screen just says "SANSA" and that's it. It's stuck there. How should i solve this?
