Does anyone know where my husband who just came home from Iraq can get a pro bono attorney in MN so that he can re-establish visitation with his son? His ex wife moved to Washington while my husband was deployed and we just don't have the money to pay for an attorney at the moment.

Military service used to be encouraged, but now people in the upper classes refuse to let recruiters even come to their children's schools. It seems to be a common belief that if you have money your children's lives are worth more than those without it. Shouldn't protecting our country be everyone's job, not just the poor? And there seems to be a misconception that the majority of the military is made up of undereducated people who can't get a decent job in the very high upper classes. I'm not making this up there are a lot of General's in the Army who've made the comment. I just want to hear some reasons for this, not trying to pick on anyone just get people to think and hear some ideas and opinions.

There's even a book about the subject "AWOL" by Frank Schaeffer who's son is a Cpl in the USMC and served in Afgahnistan. He also wrote an article about it that appeared in the Washington post.

I have been a diabetic for 3 years and recently started trying to have a baby. I have been having problems conceiving are their any other diabetics who had trouble conceiving? Any suggestions on things that can help?

My fiancee just returned from Iraq and I want to make him a DVD with picture of him and his son with that song playing for his birthday because we only get his little boy every three months due to custody issues. Our DVD burner only accepts wave sound files for background music. Thanks in advance for your help.

I would appreciate only soldiers who have been to war answer this question or their wives please.

My husband is currently stationed at Camp Anaconda in Iraq. He's had a pretty rough time with being shot several times and other accidents. I know his reintegration will be hard but I am hoping for some advice for things I can do to make it a little easier or if there are specific problems that I should be aware of in adavnce. He's getting nervous about coming home and scaring or hurting me or doing something strange that will somehow disappoint me. Any help, advice, stories or warnings would be greatly appreciated. And thank you for serving our country.
