I've been approved for surgery by insurance. BCBS of Ne. My deductible is $750 and my out of pocket maximum is $5000. Will I be required to pay both prior to surgery or just the deductible? I'm so scared they'll want the $5000 and I won't be able to have surgery. They haven't scheduled it yet and said they can't tell me the cost until it's been submitted. I need to know. Help!

When I was first diagnosed as hypo thyroid my TSH was 4.55. I was placed on 60mg of Armour. The next blood test I had my TSH was .55 . Dosage or Armour stayed the same. This test I just had I requested more labs than just TSH. Below are my results. My Dr did raise my Armour to 90mg today but I she isnt a endo (endo wouldnt prescribe Armour) and she didnt even know what one of the tests was. Looking for some more insight. Following are my results today.

We have a 46" Samsumg LED/LCD Flatscreen TV. The other day I was cleaning it and the directions on the special cleaner that was sold to us for the TV said to spray it on the TV itselfm which I did. I then begain to white. I have a 3 year old and there were smeared finger prints every where. I may have pushed a little hard on the screen than I should have trying to get the prints off. Now the complete middle section of the TV is covered in very thin vertical colored lines(pink, green etc) I read this could be a pixel problem. If so will running a pixel video from YouTube help it? If so how do I hook up my phone to the HDMI on the TV. I bought the special cord but my TV keeps saying it doesnt detect the device. I tried it multiple times in different places. Nothing. I wanted to try this video in hopes it would fix the TV as the lines are annoying and I cant afford another TV right now. This TV is only 3 years old and our warranty expired on Feb5 about 1 month before this happened. Any input?

I have a court ordered child support\back child support case against my ex husband in Georgia. I hired a lawyer and took him to court for him to make payments as he was not following the divorce papers stating he would pay. I did NOT go through Child Support Enforcement/Recovery agency, can his taxes still be intercepted for the back child support he owes? I've googled and can only find answers that say if its through the Child Support it can be intercepted but nothing regarding just a court order.

My husband wants the Walking Dead game for his PS3. There seem to be so many and Im not sure which one to get. I know nothing about games. I dont play. I just need to know which one or two are the best must have ones. Please help.

I had my annual pap smear last month. When I went back to the Dr a couple of weeks ago to have my Mirena inserted I was told that my pap showed HPV. They said it wasnt a strain that they were worried about right now and that they would check it again next year in my pap. I was so scared about the Mirena I had taken some medication to calm me and I really didnt think to ask the Dr any serious questions about this. Im 30 years old and been married for 3 years, but with my husband for 11. There really is no doubt that we are monogomous, but I dont understand how you contract the HPV virus if you arent sleeping around. Also, I dont understand why this is a strain that they arent worried about of if it wasnt a concern to me why even tell me? Because when I google I find things about genital warts and cancer and Im starting to freak out about it. Any insight would be appreciated.

I know morally it was wrong not to say they neglected to take that money from my check every week, however, times are hard, and I don't feel like it was my responsibly. It was theirs. I'm afraid now that they will attempt to fire me for "stealing" or either make me pay the money back. I've worked here for 10 years. I'm a single mom and don't need to lose my job. Is there any legal action against me they can take, or is there any law that could help me, since I just didn't tell them they neglected to do their job?

I went online to try and find where I can order some more of these jeans from and I can not find them ANYWHERE. The tag on the inside of the jeans says Street Vibes. Does anyone know where this brand is sold?

I had a cracked screen on my Droid Incredible II. Its all the rage now to fix your screen yourself so I thought I would give it a go. I ended up breaking one of the yellow cable/tether/connectors on the inside of the phone. There are a couple of big thick ones and then one really small very thin one..thats the one that broke. The screen will not power on at all, and Im assuming its because I broke this part. Is there any way to fix the broken cables or a place I can order them, or what are they even called because I can find NOTHING on Google..I cant be the first one that has broken one of these, right? I cant afford a new phone, I cant even afford a good used phone and resorting back to my old Blackberry is KILLING me. I feel like Im in 4th grade playing Oregon Trail. HELP!

My husband is 33. He had no insurance and was very ill . He also did not have a job. He was denied Medicaid,as it is apparently just for the pregnant, children and the elderly. After searching we located a clinic that would treat him based on income. We used my income, as I was the only one employed at that time. They examined him, ran blood work, and discovered he had a severe issue with hyper thyroid / Graves disease which was also causing very high blood and the reason he had lost about 60 lbs in 8 months. They would not prescribe him anything ,saying he needed to see a endocrinologist . Having no insurance, and no money to come off 300 dollars for a doctors visit, it took me several months to locate someone for him to see. A endo that helped patient's with no insurance,and give a lowered fee for the office visits. I believe our first was 150, but after that the visits were 49 I believe. Very doable,even on our limited income especially with my husbands life was at risk . Our first visit went well, the dr wanted immediate blood work as it had been a few months since he had that done at the clinic. I was dreading the result of this, I knew it would be expensive ,but we did it. The dr immediately after seeing his blood work prescribed him three medications. Which my husband took for several months before his next follow up. He had actually lost more weight and to check his levels wanted anothet round of blood work. I had already received a bill of a little over 300 for the first round I was still making payments on, but yet again, we had the blood work. The Dr increased his medication again and we went a couple of months until our next follow up, no more blood work, but he was just checking on his progress My husband was feeling alot better and had even gained about 20lbs back, everything was good. The bills I owed from labcorp were now at a total of almost 1k . I was making payments but they werent much as I just didn't have that much extra to give.

I was given a code of Po237. I cant really find that much info online. The only place in town thats works on foreign cars cant check my car out until Friday. It feels like someone is mashing the breaks when I am drivin, so Im jerking forwards and back. Its a 2001 Passat. Does anyone have any ideas of what this could be?

The last 10 times or more he has been to the Dr, the dr says he has a sore throat. We wouldnt even be going to the dr for anything more than a checkup and the Dr would say his throat was sore. He doesnt ever act like his throat is sore. He eats fine. He takes Prevacid for reflux so I dont think that its acid burning his throat because he doesnt seem to be bothered by it. His Dr ALWAYS says.."we are seeing alot of this sore throat virus going around"..Really? for like 6 months my son has had a "sore throat" virus? I'm not buying that. I really like my Dr so I dont want to change Dr's and my son doesnt seem to be suffering in any way..Im just wondering what would cause his throat to appear or actually BE sore every visit. By the way he is almost 11 months old..

I got married in Novemeber and submitted a name change request. I waited about a week and nothing ever happened so I submitted another one. Nothing. I waited a couple more days, submitted another one...well you get the idea. So my screen name never did change to my married name and now it says that Ive changed my name too many times and cant do it anymore even though I've never changed it before. There was even under something that I found where I could send a copy of my new SS card to them with the numbers blacked out, just to show my name had been legally changed, so I did that..Its been about a month ago and nothing. I have all my friends and pictures and everything on this FaceBook page, but the name thing is really bothering me. Is there a way to set up a new account and transfer my photo albums and friends to it or do I have to start all over again from scratch? Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks in advance : )

Im going to a Easter BBQ type dinner on Sunday and I just asked if I need to bring anything other than the plates and cups I was told to bring. Ive now been asked to bring a dessert of some kind. Only problem is I CANT COOK!! Thats why I was doing cups and plates.. Any ideas and recipes of things I can make that arent too difficult and would be good for this kind of outdoor get together?
