I owe car taxes but buying a car from a dealership out of state that needs to be registered ...?

I Owe car taxes in the state of CT but i'm buying a car from a dealership out of state that needs to be registered before it leaves the lot. By it being Sunday they can't be paid today and I don't want to miss out on this car that's in the next state over. Usually in CT u can not register a car until taxes are paid.

My question is will this stop me from grabbing the car from the deal ship because they can't register it or do they only give u a temp plate to get home then within 10 days or whatever u have to register it in your home town after the taxes are paid off?

I wanted to know if a apartment needs two exits legally? My landlord is locking the path to the garage which serves as a second exit in case of fire. I wanted to know if it was illegal to block a exit causing us to only have 1 AND if so can you post a link to where you found that info from so I may show him. Thanks

I boiled some cabbage for dinner and noticed this morning my husband left it out. My question is how long does cabbage last when left out and is it too late to save it?

I have an aftermarket radio i installed and i bought the harness for the 97 mazda protege that matches my car but then for the aftermarket radio i spliced the wires and hard wired them. Everything was working fine but when i turn on my head light the outter lights come on but the dash lights don't come on.

I checked the fuse and it was blown, so i replaced it and turn the lights on again No lights came on so i rechecked the fuse and it blew again. Obviously something is not wired right! There was a few wires that seemed like the colors didnt match with anything.....any help would help.

I was thinking 1024x768 because most of my browsers have screens that size or should i do the size smaller?
