Can a person get a job as a paralegal with a felony charge

after a year, my lawyer had put me on continuances for a year. This hole time, I'm thinking that I will serve out my deferred sentenance of 215 days. Needless to say when I went to court the DA did not have confermation of my BA, so the case was dismissed. I'm glad about that, but I feel that my lawyer did not do his job, but I paid the Price any suggestions.

When she turned herself in. She BA .05 which inturn was violation of her probation. Now she ate a lot of gum and listerine due to the fact she was nervous. She got a contiuence for a couple of months. She also has health issues. Which included.ultrasound on her liver, GB, and kidneys. And an upper GI. the tests results have not been back yet. So in her defense, with her lawyer. wants to ask for another contiunece based on the fact her results are not back. From a judges opinion will that hold any value. What happens at the revocation hearing. ?

I know a friend that is a relationship, marriage. Now, he was away for 3 weeks and came home to alot of B>S>. It comes down to, that there was no real proof of distrust, not just sexually, but an on going scenrio that has existed in this so called marriage that set the propts for this story. So, anyways, there were phone calls , this action started the day after he left. There were other things like toothbrush in the car , a few other things. My point being, that he has nor ever will trust him, not just because of that, but of other things. Now my question is, whether he trusts him or not, it's not how we can tell if someone is lying, or we probably see this as compulsive lying. etc. but how do we, with several pieces of information to form a guilty plea toward this person, is how do we get them to admitt the truth.

I am married to a "man" that without getting into to much detail. To give a little story, is very rude, mean, unloving, not a listener, very spitefull, very very insecure. That pretty much sums it up. He owns his own business, does very well under the hood, mechanically, but very unmechanical in the business aspect of how that should run. I guess, what I am asking is that the majority of people always say leave him, which will be the next step. I really hate having to do this all over again at 45. I am still young, attractive, buildt good. I guess I feel he is absorbing the life out of me, kind of like "Cacoon" Can you relate?

I have been doing Yahoo answers for awhile now. I have also been observant of the questions, which I love to answer. Nothing offensive, but, I have noticed that women, including myself, have this unpertensious urning to get answers about there relationships with men, then men will ever think of. What do you think?

My husband is a great mechanic. I really want to be supportive, meaning doing clerical work, that he is totally inept at. but great under the hood. It has been a constant that he waits for the last minute to do anything, like paying bills, addressing, collections. I have encouraged for him to let me take over these responsibilities, so he can focus on his. Keep in mind, the finances are not equal, or shared, sorry to say, but if my payments are at risk in his account due to nsf, then it is my business. I would like to discuss the rest of the BS but, that will not happen. I really have a hard time, understanding why somebody with so much potential, will be so unsucessful in learning how to run it. And I do know some good advise for myself. I quess, I was seeking something else
