Ok so i want to know if it would be better to buy a bat that has been rolled and used a little or buy a brand new one that hasnt been rolled or used? There is a price difference but keep in mind the new one hasnt been rolled or broken in. Used $210 new $180. Which one should i go with?

See the job is a state job and they want you to have at least 1 year of reception expierence and I have been at my job for 3 yearsand 4 months. I don't have any other expierence than this. Should I still list other jobs?

My husband asked me 2 weeks ago if I wanted to go on a Jet Boat trip with his work. They are going to pay for the trip for who ever wants to go. I told him yes of course. But last night when I asked him about it he said no he hadn't signed us up and he wasn't going to. He was going to sign himself up but not me. I said but you told me you were going to sign us up for it. He said I might have to work that day. I said I'm sure your boss won't make you work if he knows you are signed up for this trip. He said no we aren't going.

I think he did sign us up and is upset about something and won't tell me. I want to find a way to find out if he did sign us up or not without him knowing and pissing him off even more?

Not sure were to start. I have been married for almost 5 years now. We have a son together that will be 2 next month. As every couple we have our little spats here and there. So I had to get ready and my daughter ready to go to my mom's for the night. So we went to bowling and he didn't really talk to me at all. I was informed that he was going to a party on saturday and I couldn't go because I am a kill joy. I said excuse me is this guy married? He said no he has a girlfriend. I said your not going

I have been walking every day for about 2 week and I have stopped drinking soda all together. I used to drink about 2-3 cans a day now I don't drink any. So I have lost about 7 lbs so far but I would like to lose about 30-40 more by the end of August. Is there any way I can do that? Do those diet pills really work?

Ok so I have been telling my husband for a long time now that I wanted another tattoo. So I finally got the money to do it and I made the appt and had it done and he even told me where on my body to put it. So I get it done and then this morning he told me that since I have gotten it he hasn't wanted to do anything with me because I disgust him because he hates my tattoo and he hates where I got it put.

It costs more to get it removed than it did to have it done. It isn't anything HUGE either it's a little butterfly that is in the middle of my shoulders. Now what the hell do I do?

My husband is going to Vegas for work. He will be there for 3 1/2 days and 3 nights. I know there is a lot of 24 hour strip clubs. To me if another girl is rubbing their boobs in a guys face that is married that is cheating. I have asked him a couple of times if I have anything to worry about and the first time I asked I was told no. Then last night I asked again if he could promise me he wouldn't go to any guys clubs. He said what kind of clubs are you talking about? I said you know what I am talking about strip clubs. He said I was paranoid I said no I'm insecure he said you are insecure with everything. I said promise me he said lets go to sleep. I said promise me he said promise. He said well what if I go to a guys shooting range? Is that ok? I said as long as there isn't any stripers. He said it's a shooting range you can rent guns. He said wait what if my boss and his wife want to go what do I tell them? So now I am really worried. Should I be or should I feel secure enough?

I have a PSP Slim reserved for when it comes out next week. Here is my question if you have any negative things to say keep them to yourself.

Ok so I decided to help out our troop leader with doing the cookie sales for her. So I have been going and getting the cookies for everybody and getting them their cookies.

Well I got 3 phone calls today from mom's letting me know they need since we have our meeting tonight. Anyways well the leader decided to finally call me today after almost 2 weeks has gone by since I talked with her last.

Anyways she told me what she needed for cookies and I simply said " I don't know if I have enough at my house some of this might wait until this weekend when go get more. She said well the other mom's that ordered did they order extra because if they did they can wait on that because I need my order NOW! -I called her last week trying to find out what she needed and she just NOW calls me back so she can not blame anybody but herself.

Anyways down to my question how on earth should I handle this situation. When I told her how many we have sold she said slow aboudown your taking all the cookies

Ok so I have had my job for almost 2 years now. I get medical and dental paid vacation time, sick pay holiday pay etc. I have only had 1 raise and it was when I was here for 7 months. How could I ask for a raise without sounding odd? I need some help.

Also it is a very small company there is only 9 of us. So I know that there is no way of moving up in position but I just want more money.

I just looked in my employee hand book on raises and here is what it says:

Merit increases are based on job performance and responsibilities rather than on seniority or automatic increase systems. In considering merit increases, your supervisor evaliates the results you have achieved in relation to performance expectations at your job level. If you are capable of assuming greater responsibilities, you will be considered for promotions when they become available. Management will decide whether an immediate ay increase is appropriate at the time of your promotion.

Ok everybody here is my question, why is it when people ask a question and they don't like your answer they just hit the violation thing? I'm asking because I posted a comment on one about somebody asking about esctasy and I lost 11 points for it. I have never done drugs in my life and I told the person they were stupid for doing drugs but for it I got contacted by the yahoo board or something saying I was in Violation of the rules. What kind of bs is that?
