I took 20mg Prednisone and a Amoxicillin(I'm unsure on the mg, but it was a large pill.) then I had a milkshake. I threw up about thirty minutes after taking the medicine. I have extremely swollen tonsils with white bacteria patches on them, however it is not strep throat, nor is it Mono. Those are the two diseases I was tested for, both turning up negative.

Is this a normal side effect for these two medications? Or is it potentially caused from an allergic reaction? Should I retake these, or are they already in my system?

Also...is there anything I can do to reduce the swelling and pain when swallowing? I'm only barely able to drink and eat, and I can only eat easily swallowed food such as apple sauce, mashed potatoes, ice cream, etc.

When it comes to drumming on a standard drum set, what size of sticks is usually best? I have some 5A Hickory's by Pro-Mark, but was wondering what you would suggest for a rock style of drumming? No jazz, drumline, orchestra, or crap like that.
