I got a leather sofa about 4 months ago, its got foam style inners and leather cushions. The seat cushions seem to have stretched and one of them has got a couple of pretty big creases in it. It this normal? Should i complain? It doesn't exactly get over-used or mis-used. I just sit on it.

When i upgraded my phone last January i signed a new contract for 12 months. I did this in an Orange store. I wanted to take up their existing customers get same deals as new customers offer but they are saying i signed up for an 18 month contract.

I have been to the store who 'promised' to find my original paperwork but haven't either phoned me to say they found it or sent me copies, the store won't return my calls (i don't live near the store anymore so can't really go back again). I've also called 150 Customer Services (who say the stores are nothing to do with them and they can't help).

Any ideas about how i can sort out my contract, who do i complain to if the store won't speak to me and its 'nothing to do with' customer services? I don't even want to stay with Orange anymore.

Obviously i know i can just put it in the freezer but, when i want to eat it will it defrost and reheat safely and retain its flavour?

I have a cushioned sheet vinyl floor in my kitchen and have moved the washing machine, there are now dents in the floor when the washing machine's feet were on the vinyl. Is there any way to remove or reduce these marks. I have similar dents where the breakfast bar stools used to go. Underneath the vinyl is a slighly cushioned waterproof membrane (as recommended for laying vinyl on concrete). It seems the vinyl needs to slightly shrink to lessen the dents but i don't know how to achieve this. Thanks

Does anyone else (obviously only girls should answer this) find that its really hard for girls to make friends with other girls and can anyone think of any reasons why this is? E.g if you join a new group or move to a new area.

I want to get some items for a birthday present, typical things like herring, jams, biscuits etc and can't find anywhere that will deliver across the UK and don't have a ridiculously high minimum order price. Not interested in the stuff Ikea try and pass off as good, authentic Swedish food - it isn't! If anyone can help i'd be most grateful.

Using Cerentec as server it has lost my homepage (called index.php) how do i reload it from by backup copy, simply dragging it into the server upload box doesn't work, think some code is missing (using Dreamweaver 8 to edit content). I'm really stuck here.

I closed my account 2 and a half months ago and although Ontel agree that they now owe me money i still keep getting bills for 'outstanding charges' (that i don't owe on account of the refund) and new charges for line rental (for a line i don't have). Whenever i contact them they agree on how to resolve the issue and promise to do it but then it starts all over again. No refund and more bills. I don't know what to do anymore, any suggestions as this is really frustrating but i don't want to get into trouble for non-payment and Oftel apparently can't do anything!!! Thanks

I know the door has different panels and is a security door so if reinforced with metal but i don't know if i need to replace the whole door, just one panel or simply get a hole cut for the panel. I don't want to get ripped off by one of these notorious salesmen, can anyone advise me who has experience in this area please. I don't want advice about whether or not to have a cat flap or which one i should get just about how to put it in the door. Thanks

I read about this in a magazine, that basically people these days achieve so much so young that by their mid-twenties or thirty they start questioning their life and wondering if there's more to it. Is this a real thing or a media creation?
