I am just trying to help a region to be connected to the rest of the world through the TV station. They have been in war for ten years, i want to makesurethey know what is going on aroung theworld and so they can make change anddifference. I do not have much money, but i really want to do this for those poor and innocent people. It will be built in a very small town called bunia(ituri), in the north eastern of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. They were saying that all the TVs in america must become HDTV, so may be you know some one who will sell his used material. Thank you for your answer.
