I have a small business online and wanted to know of the best affordable options to ship out my items within Canada as well as international. I asked Canada Post and the prices were ridiculous! Was I asking for the wrong shipping service or what did I do wrong? I'm finding that shipping anything from Canada is very expensive...is that true?? I'm so new at this and may be looking in the wrong places. Please help! I really want to put out my products online but hesitate because of this lack of experience.

I have hand-drawn black and white colouring pages which I would like to upload onto my computer. How do I do that? When I scan them, the black ink appears faded and bluish on the screen. Is it when you other people can add photos to your flickr album? I'm very new at this. If so, how can I create one. I have an account set up and some pics uploaded but wanted to have the option of allowing others to add their photos....is that possible?

I have just decided to homeschool my children. We live in Ontario and my children are in grades 1 and 3. Where should I start? I know about ILC and am considering that as a possible option.

From my recollection, it was named something like, "The Everything To Do Book". It was a very interesting book which had hundreds and hundreds of things to do when you are bored, such as, reading a story about tiny fairies which mysteriously appeared in a black and white photo, how to analyse a person's personality through his/her printing and handwriting, transforming your living room into a mazed tunnel using cardboard box, magic tricks, etc, etc, etc.

I loved that book as a child. My older cousin had given it to me after he out-grew those activities. I'm assuming it was from the late 70's or early 80's. It had a many children sketched on the cover. It was fairly thick. If I hadn't lent it to a friend of mine in grade 8, I would still have it...because she never returned it...

I wanted to give it to my children as I know they would love it.

Somebody, please help me find a used (or miraculously a new) copy.

My daughter, 8 months old, has completely rejected baby cereal and baby food jars. The doctor insists that she needs to take baby cereal in ensure she is getting her daily dose of iron. What should I do. Does anyone have any recipes using baby cereal in things like cookies, cakes, pancakes, etc?? She likes most finger foods.

I laundried some clothes and hung them out to dry. When I came back to take them inside (after a several hrs under the sun), some were still wet. I separated those and let them dry inside since it was night. The next day, I was going to fold all the laundry away when I realized that the clothes began to smell like when wet clothes smell if left for too long.

Now, how do I get rid of the nasty smell?? Laundrying them in normal detergent again is not cutting it. Please help.
