  • XB1 Game Recommendations?

I prefer FPS games with long detailed story modes. I finished Far Cry 4 about 3 months ago and before that it was Splinter Cell: Blacklist and Far Cry 3. I don't do online multi-player much.

  • Do I need to replace my outdoor spigot?

I left my hose hooked up to the spigot and the temperature went below freezing. Now when I turn it on, water is rushing out from under the anti-siphon cap. Do I need to replace the entire spigot or do I just replace the anti-siphon mechanism?

  • Selling my house, do I...?

The steps I think I should take are:

    1. Clean up and fix up

    2. Get inspection

    3. Get appraisal

    4. Hire a real estate agent

    Is this correct?

Or does the agent cover the inspection and appraisal?

Are there other things I will need to consider?

Will I need to find a lawyer for closing?

  • Why don't scientists (and others) admit they are wrong?

Paleontologists have long claimed DNA couldn't be extracted from dinosaur bones because soft tissue is required for testing and soft tissue would only remain in tact for a few thousand years at best.

Several of the people who developed the carbon dating technology have admitted the process is flawed but the scientific community as a whole is content to accept skewed data.

But then in 1995 NC State University scientists found T-Rex bones with viable soft tissue in it. Instead of standing by hard facts (soft tissue can't survive 70 million years), they say it was just a rare find or chance.

Isn't it more logical and evident that the 85 million year dinosaur extinction myth is flawed and the discovery of soft tissue is proof?

I have a good one? How did dinosaurs get enough oxygen into their blood stream to power such huge bodies when their nostrils weren't relatively large? The only scientifically sound answer is because the Earth had a much higher air pressure back then. It would logically explain the huge fern leaves and other giant fossils from that age. Next question is, what could exist in our atmosphere that would pressurize the air?

If you don't already know the answer and just use logic and reason, the answer to that question will seriously blow your mind. Once you get the answer, ask yourself if it has ever been documented and where.

Don't deny the truth just because you've believing the lie for so long.

  • Questions for Jehova's Witness?

The Greek dictionary (ancient or new age) doesn't have a pronunciation for the English word A. Like A car or A bike. The first letter of their alphabet is Alpha meaning beginning but they don't use it like an English A as a word.

The New Testament was translated from Greek. In the book you call a bible, the Greek Theos, is translated correctly to the word God almost everywhere accept in John chapter 1. The word Theos in chapter one verse one is translated in your book as "a god". I know that you believe Jesus was "a" god and not The Almighty God but I want to know why the one book you choose to adhere to has that inaccurate translation in such a critical point? I mean Theos is Theos, how can the definition of a word change in one area of the bible and none of the other translations pick up on that? How plausible is it that the hundreds of translations published before your book and many after, have it wrong?

Secondly, Isaiah 9:6 refers to Jesus as The Everlasting Father. Is it accurate to suggest God does not have omnipresence? Exodus 19:20 clearly states that The Lord God came down and spoke to Moses and Moses spoke back. It wasn't the angel of the lord but The Lord God himself who told Moses to get the people back before they SEE Him. In order for the people to see him he must have came out of spirit form and became naturally visible. If God can take form and have a chit chat with Moses, why do you believe He wasn't able to put on the robe of flesh as Jesus? It doesn't add up and most of the answers I get from the guys at the gas station aren't scripturally accurate. There is no one answer to refute the numerous old testament prophecies that describe Jesus as God The Father incarnate. The excuses and mistranslations get more and more ludicrous with each scripture reference.

I think the proof is in the pudding. When I was approached by a man representing watchtower I asked him similar questions and he was very intrigued. He saw that there was something suspicious about what he was being taught. He went back and asked his "brothers" and they sent him away. They didn't allow him back in that neighborhood and when I called his phone he told me he was interested but he wasn't allowed to talk to me. They knew I was going to some errors. The next week they sent the JH big wigs out to talk to me and try to one up me on bible intellect. I don't know everything but what I do know I won't ever not know. The bible is clear and when a person tells me the definition of a word in the bible was altered so people can understand it better, that seems like bologna to me.

Once a word is written or spoken, the definition cannot change and it cannot be retracted. I just want to see how anyone can scripturally prove Jesus is not The Almighty God.

Let me knock out a few to begin with...

    1. When Jesus prayed to The Father. God can talk to himself as a three part being like He did in Genesis when He said let US make man in OUR image.

    2. God is a spirit. Yes but like I said above He is capable and known to take on visible tangible form.

So to any Jehova Witness or watchtower member reading this. Please respond with any and all scripture from the King James or New King James that prove Jesus is not God The Father in the flesh.

  • Has Yahoo blocked anybody else from using messenger?

My screen name no longer works with yahoo messenger. I can create a new screen name and log in just fine. other people can get on my PC and log in as well. Whenever I use my own screen name, it says it's having sign on problems. I have to trick it by logging in as another user, then quickly logging back off and on as myself. After a while they cath on and block those trick screen names as well. This big brother crap sucks!

How much of a difference in performance would a 350 and 450 be?

Since these bikes are pretty much intended to be beat up, is it wise to buy used?

I like the Honda 450R and YFZ450 of course but new they are expensive. I noticed some great deals on craigslist for used ones but I don't know if used is a good way to go.

  • Circumcision, what's the big deal?

I was taught at a very young age the importance of hygiene especially of my uncirc'd peter. Never had any health issues or unsanitary conditions. I just had a baby boy and opted not to get him cut. Everybody is like "OMG! Why not?" It has no spiritual significance, and no health benefits. So why do people act so weird about it?

  • 08 Nightster Vs. 900RR?

I have my own opinions but this guy on youtube was claiming his stock Nightster can and has beaten a CBR 900 RR in a drag race. Not that it's impossible because the guy on the 900 could be a newbie or poor rider. This guy claims no matter the skill level, it's a hands down race all the time. He posted all these dealer specs but I never heard of it. What you guys think?

  • Please Explain in Detail!?

OK so out of like 200 posts, I've read maybe 4 solid reasons 4 voting choices either way. It seems people R voting just to vote. No substantial reasoning behind it.

Tell me what stance or course of action does your candidate promote that appeals to you.

    IMO:

Neither candidate has the solution. They both propose relief. Relief treats symptoms but no the cause. The relief McCain suggests don't positively effect me as do Obama's.

I am a blue collar middle class American. I don't feel like paying taxes along with my deductable and co-pay when I go to the doctor. I'm not for Exxon getting that $4Billion. I hate it when i call customer service and Raja Gupta answers and can't even understand my problem and I can't understand him. So the incentives need to go to companies who keep jobs here. I'm all about giving a woman the freedom to choose wether or not to deliver an unwanted baby but she should also be punished by law if her pregancy was a result of carelessness and or recklessness. The $20 Billion we spend monthly in Iraq can and should be better spent. Our troops need to be home or hunting Osama, instead of protecting oil interests and backing Israel. We need to get away from oil drilling and invest in clean technology. The global poverty tax will be based partly on emissions from oil burning. Drill baby drill will only create more damage to the ecology and economy.

Unbiased analysts have evaluated both candidates proposals and concluded that it will get way worse before it gets better either way we go.

McCain s ideas don't resemble mine so I'm voting for Obama.

He's a bit of a celebrity right now and has way too much hype but in my case he's the lesser of two evils.

Biden and Palin are political jerk-offs but Palin is a bigger one as VP.

  • RHH Lyrics Game circa 1988?

OK so I'm new around here but I thought I'd show ya'll how far I go back in Hip Hop with this trivia. Hint: It's a group and the song has Marvin Gaye on the hook.

My blood brother is bleeding, it's a cryin' shame

Out on the street tryin' to play the game

Formally an in-mate straight from upstate

Can't stop him now 'cause you see it's just too late

He's on the run and he's got a gun

Stay out his way unless you want some

See, he's gettin' older, a bit more bolder

Got his name written up in the 5-0 folder

A big Christmas list of all the crime's he's committed

He says he didn't do it, but we know he did it

Summons his lawyers, fingerprints, mug shots

Lookin' for my brother, yo, he's at the drug spots

Livin' off that cheap Chinese food

He says he only bumps the people when he's in the mood

Runnin' 'round with his crews and his 2-2's

I saw him last night in the prime time news

Shot and killed by an on duty jake

His birth to the earth was a big mistake

Now, history was not my favorite subject

I used to flip through the pages and get upset

Seein' little of black and too much of the other

(They tried to brainwash you) Picture that, a ______ _______

Read this, read that, answer question 3

But when I got to 3, it had nothin' to do with me

Somethin' was wrong, and I knew it all along

  • ECU Vs. Power Commander?

I read and hear about people buying power commanders to go with a slip on upgrade. Most claim a power commander is a must have for a full exhaust upgrade.

On most newer bikes there's a 16-bit or 32-bit ECU that does the same job of the PC (I think). Wouldn't it just be easier and cheaper to have the ECU reprogrammed?

  • Ugliest Sport Bike? Have you seen this?

    2008 Kawasaki ZX-10R.

Have any of you seen this contraption in person? This bike is attrocious!

They tried to copy the old R1 front end and messed it up. Then they have this big azz ugly plastic tipped exhaust can, and a crappy looking rear fender. You can't really tell how ugly it is looking at online pics. You have to see it in person. The 2006 model was awesome.

The 2008 Honda CBR is ugly as well in my opinion. The fairings just look incomplete. I hear it's a beast but really every bike is a beast depending on who you ask.

  • Sportbike Racing leagues, divisions & Classes explain Plz

I just started watching motorcycle racing this year and I get confused about what I'm watching sometimes.

There's AMA, Moto GP, and World Superbike (SBK)

Then within each there are different classes i think.

What are the differences between each?

  • Car of tomorrow?

I'm sure this has been asked 25 million times already but....

What is all the hoopla? I watch the races occassionally but I don't keep up with all the politics.

What is a car of tomorrow? What is the difference between restricter plate racing and other? Why doesn't anybody like it? And why are the owners and stuff trying to shut the drivers up about complaining?

If NBA decided to use a smaller ball, I'm sure the players would object and be heard. they are the ones bringing in the big bucks so.....

Anyhow if somebody can bring me up to speed on all this, I'd appreciate it.
