i had dental filling done 2 years back . the filling fell off but i didn't go to the dentist . i used to brush daily and cleaned the cavity with my brush. after a few months, one night i had terrible pain,the gum was swollen and there was a boil too. i went to a dentist ,he took xray and said the tooth needed RCT. I wasn't convinced and took pain killers and antibiotics which the doctor prescribed. after some months i recently got pain . i popped in a painkiller and slept off . next day i went to a dentist .he said RCT was absolutely necessary. then too there is 50-50 chance of success as the infection had gone very deep. maybe i would even need to get it extracted, he said. i was very upset. he then cleaned the cavity and put temporary filling. he prescribed two medicines and told me to take them the day before i came to him for rct. the medicines are: Cap. Novaclox -500mg and Tab.Flagyl-200 mg. he told me to come tomorrow and i must start those medicines today but i'm scared as i heard they have lots of side effects and also have carcinogenic effects . i am scared to ask the doc. as he may get angry .so,please can anyone tell me if i should take those medicines or not. i never heard about any doctor giving medicines before treatment.is it ok

today my mother called and told me that she had gone for a thyroid checkup.the doctor advised a heart check and after that told her she had a heart attack some time back. when she was in USA with my brother she had very high blood pressure. she is assuming that she must have got the attack then. i don't have much knowledge about this subject. does high blood pressure lead to heart attack? if she had an attack my brother would have known,right? is it possible to get an attack while asleep? or was it all a wrong diagnosis by that doctor.i'm so confused,

i broke down while talking to her and my kids got scared . what i don't understand is that she told me not to tell my brother and sister about this. my mom knows i'm more emotional and sensitive than them,then why shouldn't they know about this?at least my sister who is elder to me should know about this,i feel so. i need to share this with someone.i can't take it alone. i told my hubby and he said that i should talk to my sis and bro. what should i do?

has anyone tried to improve their eyesight without glasses? i heard about this book:Better Eyesight Without Glasses by W.H.Bates. it is possible? my husband is 40+ and is using glasses to read books and even newspaper. i just want to know if he could avoid using glasses and improve his eyesight.

are ornamental chillies edible or toxic ? i bought two ornamental chilli plants today. the chillies are small and in red,yellow,light green(almost white) color and facing upward.

being a daughter is a curse sometimes. my friend always looks for love and affection from her maternal home, but never gets any. on the contrary she gets contempt, rivalry,pity, hatred and all such vices. what sin has she done that they can't treat her and her family (husband and kids)with love.she is soft(too good), very emotional and not as rich as them(maternal family) . should she look for love where she would never get. she can't forget them and needs their love even when she has her own loving family. she asks me if there is any way to turn her people in good humans .what should i tell her?

after purchasing the stove i got information that that this company's gas stoves are not safe.the products are having defects. i do not know the truth but i'm too scared even toopen the package! i also came to know from website that Big Bazaar( from where i bought the stove) is not a good one as they deceive the customers.now, what am i supposed to do?take the risk and start using the stove or return it?

i'm a very unlucky person ill-treated by my own people. they misbehaved with me when i was pregnant and needed their support the most. during pregnancy,as everybody knows women become very sensitive and sentimental. when my elder sister came to india (from USA) to attend our brother's marriage, she took every chance to insult me as she is much richer than me and got married at a young age .her daughters are quite big(one is 16 and the other is 12)i am hardly 2 years younger to her but my kids are too small(one is 10 and the other is 3)she boasts about herself and shows me her jewellery. strangely, she sometimes behaves well too sometimes! i just can't understand her. my brother and mother were mute spectators whenever she insulted me . she did not invite me for a ceremony in her house. now i have a function in my house. my husband tells me that we should invite all even though they were not good to us. can anyone tell me what i should do?
