Can an italian who is mother tongue and knows also good english get a job as an italian teacher in Scotland and England or would they have to have qualifications?

My breastfed daughter of 5 months has not had a bowel movement since Monday. She passes wind but no stool. Her nappies are ok with pee pee. She also gets some powdered milk only about 60 ml a day. I have tried to put a cotton wool bud with olive oil in her bum hole to stimulate a stool. Should I just let nature take its course?

My last period was 11.12.2007. The other months my period has been almost regular maybe late just by 1 day. Oh the first time that my husband and me try for a baby my period decides to be late. It should have arrived 8.01.08. I did a urine test on 12.01.08 it was negative. I have the symptons connected to make me think my period is going to arrive. I am cold, breasts are sore, tired, nervous. So will my period arrive or am I pregnant? If I am not pregnant why is my period taking so long to arrive?

Anyway to get to the point I never wrote a letter of resignation it was all discussed on the phone that I did not need to pay any money they had found a replacement I came home but now I having trouble getting paid the weeks wages. Ok there are problems in the marriage of my inlaws when me and my husband go to see his parents the atmosphere is sometimes not very nice. Every time I see my inlaws all they ever do is talk about their problems but neither the mother nor the father want to forgive and forget meaning they just talk with us but don't do anything. They are acting like kids because if we go somewhere the mother won't go if there is the father and vice versa. I have tried to help but feel its not my place to do or say much as I am only the daughter inlaw. I hate also to see my husband upset at the mess of his parents marriage. One of the things is that the mother thinks her husband has or had at one time a lover.

Any advice as to what I should do, should I continue to help them or just butt out of it and let them sort it out and only worry about my own mariage?
