What the heck does he mean? Where does that phrase come from.

I have not changed my Major even ONCE yet...but I thought that I was for SURE going to stick with Business Administration in Computer Info Systems... BUT... I know for a fact I would enjoy the "skilled" work of being a Software Engineer... only thing is I am scared to death of the math that I will need to go through... I need some serious advice from preferably some people in the business... For example, a buddy was telling me I should definitely go for the BAA because then I could make a lot more money without having to take as many math classes as a Project Manager... but i'm not sure, I need to get the real dirt on the subject from the source... Someone please help!

I installed Windows XP and now when I turn on my computer it makes me choose which OS to start up (and thats taking up WAY too much space on my computer.) I had Windows Me previously so obviously thats the OS i'm looking to remove... now, how do I do it?

Let me explain, i'm trying to edit my webblog. I really like the Windows Movie Maker because of the user friendly interface with editing your home videos, however my Nikon Coolpix camera automatically translates it into Quicktime Format, I purchased Quicktime pro thinking that it was somewhat like Windows Movie Maker, but really, its not. Is there a converter I can get, or a trick to Quicktime 7.1.2 or perhaps a completely different program (free I hope) that I can get to edit my videos?

Well... this is a little complicated, but only slightly. I have just recieved my GED Certificate in San Diego, California. I'm already late in enrolling in college (i'm planning on going to Southwestern Community College,) I want to get started A.S.A.P. and lastly I just don't want to waste any time waiting for the next siemester... So I thought carefully, and I really wouldn't mind paying for the classes (with a loan first of course) I would take now (its worth it to get ahead) then i'll apply for aid and all that good stuff next siemester.. Basically... Where can I get a competitive loan? Salle Mae?

I'm planning a small psychology session with my mother, one on one. I’ll be giving her the first chapter of “The Little Red Book of Sales Answers” (only because the first chapters up to answer 11 are extremely effective in self help) Then, I’ll lead a discussion with her. I'm writing down critical questions to ask her, but I’ll mainly try to just listen, instead of pass her my 'sermon after sermon' speeches. I'm going to attempt some Dale Carnegie strategies with her this time. (I know it’s usually for business, but I think it'll work) All her life, I’ve been negative, critical of who she was. (I don't approve at all, of her reckless sexual lifestyle, and her continual abuse of drugs) She has never been in any of her five children’s lives (which all have different fathers.) I’ve though of just waiting it out, but it is obviously not working, I’ve even thought of writing Dr. Phil. That’s how desperate I’ve become. I'm hurting to change this because she is now forty years old (I'm 18)...
