I took Advanced Placement Macroeconomics and it puzzles me that anyone could support a balanced budget amendment.

In times of crisis or recession, the government needs to increase spending and decrease in order to bring the economy back into motion, and in times of inflation, the government needs to cut spending and increase taxes in order to curb it. Only at full employment is a balanced budget viable.

Wouldn't a balanced budget simply throw everything incredibly out of whack, deepening our recessions and blowing inflation sky high?

I'm a guy

At the moment, my regular outfit consists of APC New Standard jeans (slim fitting and dark, for those unfamiliar), black low top Chuck Taylors, and plain T shirts.

I want to wear something nicer/more interesting than regular t shirts. Button downs would probably be my first choice, but my friend wears them constantly with his Nudie jeans (visually similar to my APCs) and I'd rather not look like I'm copying his style. I'm Asian, 5'6", and 120 or so pounds.

What are some good tops I can wear without looking like a tool?

Every time that I browse through this section, I find that there is often no valid answer to honest questions.

Too often have I seen deists talk of hell and damnation to atheists and that "God cannot be understood by us"

Too often have I seen atheists call others stupid or ignorant.

There has been too much talk for so little actual contribution.

So, I ask you, R&S, to tell me how we can ensure that people contribute to this section of Yahoo Answers and not wound the debate with half-truths and distorted versions of it.

Just wondering what you think... I haven't seen this discussed much.
