I am 19 and for the last two years I was doing a high protein low carb diet which consisted of mainly meat. But then I realized recently that it could compromise my health in the long run; so i switched to vegetarian two weeks ago. I haven't noticed that many changes but one that I have felt is that I'm taking afternoon naps like I had never before and these naps don't transfer to going to bed later at night or waking up more rested. It's as if I am plain more tired. Any hints?

I like some of their work; but overall i would be reluctant to say that they were as a band any better than perhaps the beach boys. I am into 1950's music big time; and I think the Beatles owe 1950's American bands, a good deal of their style. What is the reason why most people credit them for being 'the best band' ever? Furthermore, why do they have so many hardcore idols still today, more so than say: Elvis Presley or Chuck Berry?

i've been researching a lot about a phobia in particular, arachnophobia cause a friend has it; but after spending time with the person and learning about it, i feel like it is more and more justified and i fear i might actually start feeling uncomfortable with spiders; an issue i never have.
