Do you want a little sugar in your bowl? Be my Nina Simone, and I'll be your Nat King Cole.
What are the procedures for renewing my American passport now that I'm a British citizen?
I have dual citizenship. From what I understand, Britain recognises dual citizenship - America doesn't.
3 AnswersImmigration8 years agoAny ideas on how to get a car out that's stuck in ice?
A friend of mine parks his car on the street. A couple of nights ago, a watermain broke and coated his car in water. It's really cold here so it froze quickly and just began piling up. Now his car is covered in about a half-inch of ice. Including the wheels which are stuck in about two to three inches.
It looks like a glazed donut.
I suggested (after I stopped laughing) he wait until spring thaw.
Any other ideas? Besides ones involving a blowtorch or a hairdryer and a 300 ft. extension cord?

14 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoStephen Hawking must have come across a better voice synthesizer by now.?
Don't get me wrong, I think he's brilliant. But there has to be something out there that doesn't make him sound like the computer from Wargames. It's so '80s.
5 AnswersOther - Society & Culture1 decade agoOkay - we bust a group of "terrorists" in Florida who turn out to be a bunch of idiots-?
- who weren't ready to do anything, and never would be. And the only reason we moved in was because they were on the verge of killing each other.
And the English bust a cell that was on the verge of blowing up ten airplanes that were headed here.
What's wrong with this picture? Shouldn't our intel be better by now?
3 AnswersOther - Politics & Government1 decade agoShould we stop answering LIBERALS SUCK's questions?
Go to his profile. Check out how many open and in voting questions there are. And of the resolved questions - all of them were chosen by voters.
I don't think he's reading the answers.
I think he posts a question, gets a cheap thrill knowing he just pissed somebody off, then moves on to the next question.
So, since he's not reading our answers, should we stop answering him.
That goes for you conservatives, too. He's not reading your answers either.

Go to his profile. Check out how many open questions he has and how many are in voting. And of the resolved questions, all of them were chosen by voters.
I don't think he's reading any of the answers. I think he just posts a questions, gets a cheap thrill knowing he's just pissed someone off, and then goes on to the next question.
So should we freeze him out and not respond anymore? Because it's obvious he doesn't care about our answers.
And that goes for you conservatives, too. Because he's not reading your answers either.
1 AnswerYahoo Answers1 decade agoIf someone says something false about you on the Internet, should it be libel or slander?
It's written, the way libel usually is. But on the other hand it's instantaneous and usually without an authority who could've stopped it, like slander.
Shouldn't there be some sort of regulatory organization that checks on bad information. I've read a lot of answers here, and many people seem to absolutely rely on Wikipedia. That's written by other knuckleheads like us!
9 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoAm I the only person who thinks 'Grey's Anatomy" is completely overrated?
They all say dumb things, that lead to dumb situations, and eventually to dumb outcomes.
There cannot be this many retarded doctors in the world.
12 AnswersTelevision1 decade agoIf someone throws down a rating on a "Best Answer", should they be required to leave a comment explaining why?
I mean, what's the point? If you a disagree, that's fine. Just explain what your disagreement was based on. Otherwise, it just seems bi*chy. Like you're pissed you didn't get picked.

First correct answer wins ten points. If you can also tell me which ones weren't a "Dead Presidents" - more points (that I can't actually award - but I'll be impressed).

I know that sounds like a set-up, it's not.
I really want to know how faith makes you feel.
I don't want to hear the same rhetoric I've always heard, or Bible quotes.
If I'm right about this, faith comes from within, not from a book.
Tell me how YOU feel, and how I can feel the same way.
I can't hear the voice of God, so the only one I can hear is you.
