I have been married to this man for 18 years. During that time he has been both mentally & physically abusive( Although he has not raised his hand to me in the last 5 years) He has been more or less living in a caravan on our driveway for over 18 months now, I have been paying the mortgage(always have) & he has been chipping in with utilities. He phoned me yesterday whilst I was at work to tell me he had met someone. He actually had her in in the car when he told me, our five year old was also with him! He is a vile man & was actually calling me lowlife scum on the phone at 3:00 am this morning! I want him to take his caravan & go, I can't deal with him anymore & want to get on with my life . I also need to see if I can get tax credits to help me (I work full time). He refuses to budge. I can't live like this, is there anything I can do in this situation. He has made my life a misery & treats our two older sons 17 & 16 appallingly.How can I get him to go.Plan to see a solicitor next week.

I exercise on a regular basis and have done for many years , I am 35. My usual routine at the gym consists of a 6-8k run on treadmill , half an hour on cross trainer and about 20 minutes on the stairmaster, I also cool down by doing a few stretches. The past few months my hip bone on my left hand side is sore and hurts when I stand/walk. Just not sure what to do to help the soreness and get rid of it. Don't really want to stop what I do exercise wise as I enjoy it. Worried it will get worse.

I have an allergy to codeine and paracetamol. I can take Ibuprofen but would like to be able to take something more as not well at all. Aching bones, very bad chest and throat, shivering, and I have been cold and shivery all night but have woke up with all my clothes damp with sweat.

I have conjunctivits which is starting to heal with eyedrops but I have also had a very sore throat that feels raw and hurts when I swallow. I was just wondering if these were both connected ?

I got caught speeding by a camera van ,I was doing 41 on a 30 mph limit. I have never been caught speeding before and know loads of people that have been offered the course rather than getting the 3 points.
