In the late 70's early 80's I used to do this craft at camp. We'd twist wire into shapes, like a flower, then dip it into a type of colored liquid plastic. when it dried it looked kind of like stained glass. the stuff had a real strong chemical smell. I've been looking for this liquid plastic, does anyone know what it is called? Thanks!

It's a song called Jimmy Jazz and he quotes it at either the beginning of the book or the beginning of a chapter. I remember reading it when I was a kid, but I can't find it now. I want to know which book is responsible for me becoming the huge Clash fan I am now.

Does anyone know if the violin music that comes in after the bagpipes and sounds of war is from a piece of classical music? I heard this on a reality tv show wedding that the bride walked down the aisle to. It seemed unlikely that she picked it because of hearing it from the Animals, she didn't seem the type to know it. I'm wondering if she heard it elsewhere and the Animals used it in their song. Just to be clear, I'm not talking about the bagpipe music, but the violins that come in shortly after that. Thanks!

The program was called "12 days of desserts". I don't know the name of the cookie, but it was an Italian cookie filled with chocolate made by Michael Chiarello. I searched on the fine living website, but didn't get any info. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, HELP!

Yeah, this is a strange one. Do surgeons let you keep any body parts they remove from you? I'm not talking about organs (but I'm curious about that too), but bones. I might be having my funny bone removed soon and was thinking it would be kind of cool to keep it! In my curiosity, I am not able to wait for my next doctor's visit. Anyone know if this is possible?

These kids would go to a park everyday and see some older folks there. I think they were feeding squirrels. By the end of the book the older people had turned into trees. It's a book for older children/young adults. I read it when I was in the 5th grade. I think there might be something about acorns in the title, but I'm not sure.

I want to make a t-shirt from a scene in a movie, but can't find the actual picture anywhere online. It seems like there should be some way to do this via the internet or w/ my computer. I don't want to resort to taking a picture of the movie on my tv.

Are they comparable to any other fast food chain's burgers? What about their fries?

The recipe I have says to line the pan with rice paper. Should I dampen the rice paper first? The recipe doesn't specify.

It was about a little animal (I can't remember what kind) and he saw Jesus being crucified on the cross. The animal went to him and tried to help him by trying to pull the thorns from his head, but Jesus told him to stop and told him that he was required to die on the cross and explained why.

It was 3 short stories for kids in the 6-9 age group. All the stories had animals in them. The one I remember the best was about an animal who couldn't get to sleep because the crickets were chirping too loud. When he'd ask them to be quiet they would get louder. I know it seems vague, but it's been bothering me for years.

She doesn't seem to be a misfit as far as I can figure.
