Hi... I was just laid off and got my severance package - basically 2 weeks for every year I worked with the company. My compensation every year though included a bonus - paid in January of the following year. Can I sue my former employer for that? The bonus is not guaranteed but almost expected and is a very significant part of the overall compensation - more than the base salary.. I will forfeit my severance pay if I seek legal action though - according to my separation agreement. Any advice would be extremely helpful. Thanks

HI, i am looking for a good mini dvd camcorder.. so many choice - i am lost. Price is not the most important issue here. Do I need 3 ccd.. Is it that much better than 1 ccd? our of 3 ccd cameras which one would you recommend (brand).. Anyone knows if leica-dicomar lens are any good? I looked at panasonic vdr-d300 vs vdr-d310.. the only difference is the leica-dicomar lenses and better image stabilizer.. Will I ever notice any difference? I will use this for home videos but I rally want to have as good of quality as I can afford.. Thanks

About 8 years ago I started a business selling books (sole proprietor). I paid income taxed and collected sales taxes, etc.. But for the last 4 years or so I've done nothing with it and simply filled out years end tax forms showing $0 in every line..I want to actually close this "business". What do I need to do ? I have no employees, no sales, no write offs, no inventory..do I need to file any docs with IRS or the state? Or can I just stop filing as it's sole proprietorship and it all goes under my ssn anyway? Please help...THANKS!
