We have a backyard w/ concrete but its not completely smooth.

What can we use on the ground( underneath the pool itself) so the kids (and adults too)

can utilize it without damaging the bottom and ripping it?

Basically something for the inflatable to sit on..... Thanks in advance :)

I have sciatica and I've been told I need to have an MRI but being on Medi Cal insurance will not cover it. My doctor will not prescribe any medication for the pain until I get this done or at least be able to see an orthopedic doctor. How do I get my insurance to cover this if at all?

I read that you can mix 1 cup of salt with 1 cup of baking soda and 30 drops of lemon oil to get rid of fleas naturally. However I do not currently have any lemon oil so my question is can i use lemon juice at all because at the moment that is what I have.

My daughter who is 1.5 yrs. old keeps rocking in her space saver high chair. I have no problem with purchasing another high chair for her. My question is being that we have carpet and that she ROCKS ( she can almost lift the feet of the adult sized chair her high chair is strapped to)back n' forth in her high chair; what is the MOST sturdy chair out there that I can purchase for her? I am only few feet away preparing her food but I do not want her to get hurt.

Ok so I am a natural what they call dirty blonde I always lighten it w/ hair color. Last night I dunno if it over processed or what but trust me when I say it looks like a child did my hair!!! Well I'm on a budget ( thank you economy) and cannot afford to have this professionally corrected. What can I use ( if any) to remove the color myself?

I am going to a White Party and need to find a bra that is clear. NOT the straps but the front of the bra. The shirt i am wearing is VERY low cut and it is semi-sheer so I need to have support by wearing a bra. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Okay, I know this sounds weird but honestly its true. Yes my baby has done the babbling with oohs and ahhs however as of late whenever she tries to "talk" and or form "words" it sounds like a frog. Is that normal at all? She doesn't have whooping cough (she just went to the doctor on the 16th October) or anything. Oh and if it helps she's already getting 2 teeth on the top.

My husband wont budge on changing our soon to be born (Aug.17th) daughter's name. He wants it to remain Madison Marie. I think Madison sounds too much like medicine and I have told him how much it bothers me but he doesn't seem to get it.Also the middle name Marie its MY middle name and I want her to have her own Identity.I suggested a very sweet n' cute name( Melody Rose) but he'll have none of it..... Any suggestions? Please no bad comments as those will be deleted. Looking for genuine helpful comments. Thank You.

Can you refuse the AFP test? From my understanding it has to be done when your 17-20 weeks. I am 22 weeks for now but will be 23 weeks in 3 days. I have to go to my doctor then and he's been on my a$$ about this. If I HAVE to get this done(also hate needles had one break in my arm once at kaiser) I can always do it before my wednesday appointment.

I am almost 22 weeks pregnant. I was getting the babies room ready yesterday afternoon. My knee gave out on me and I fell as I was carrying a plastic shelving container (the babies room used to be my other children's playroom) I fell on my knees but the container went into my right side. I did feel the baby later that evening and also early this morning(4/19/09) @ 6:00am but only two kicks. It is 8pm now and I have felt nothing. Should I be more concerned than I already am?

Does anyone know if I can get a cortizone shot while being pregnant? I am 4 months and I have sciatica. My legs have been hurting for 2 weeks on and off each time getting worse and causing me to sleep less. I cannot call my doctor as he doesn't have an after hours/24 nurse advice line. I am currently taking tylenol extra strength which barely takes the edge off.
