My mom has tasked me to find out the best way to protect the house once she passes. People have recommended she do a deed. So I have looked around for the best options, she is worried that once the transfer on death deed takes effect the property taxes will shoot up. Currently my mom is sole owner and has been owner since 1976. So will the property taxes stay frozen at where they re currently are or will the taxes be adjusted to the homes current value. The home is located in Los Angeles is that makes a difference.

It's now Sept almost a year after my debt was discharged. My mom told me today that she would like to add me to the deed of the house so when she passes I become the sole owner. Now my question is if I were to be named co-owner of the house could my past creditors go after my moms house? If so how long do I have to wait before my mom can add me safe of the danger of creditors?

I have been struggling with Asthma now for the past 3 years and I tend to get very frequent lung infections when experiencing an episode. So I wanted to know if it's a smart idea to take the same dose (500mg) not for 10 days but for 20 days. Reason being that I feel that the infection never went away only to come back stronger 20-30 days later.

Are there any third party units that can be installed in my car without it looking like crap! This is the 3rd unit that I have had in this car the other 2 times where covered under warranty this time the dealer told me that it would cost me over $2k for a new unit or $500 for a refurbished one.

I placed what a thought was a dry clean bottle of scented oil on the nightstand, So I decided wipe down the furniture and realized the bottle was stuck to the furniture. I tried to remove the bottle gently and when I manage to remove the bottle I noticed that there was this left over sticky residue on the furniture in the shape of the bottle… My BF is going to kill me if I can’t safely remove the ring does anyone know of a way that I can remove the sticky film safely without damaging the finish or stain?

Gay guy here. Like all guys I have a hairy scrotum and like some guys I also have hair on my shaft. So is there any home treatment of hair removal other than shaving or waxing that's safe to use on the shaft/scrotum. I just saw an infomercial for this "nono" and was wondering if anyone's used it?

Can a home owner give ownership of there house to someone else and then declare bankruptcy on $100k due to mounting medical bills without losing the house? If so how soon after changing ownership can this be done?

Ok... I have a 12 month X Box 360 Live Membership. I have brothers whom I share my 360 with. So My question is why can't they play with there profiles online. Do I need to buy them each a 12 month subscriptions even though I already have a 12 month membership?

I'm thinking of breaking up with my BF of 3 years... He's nice, generous, mostly kind and loving person and I'm almost sure I will never find anyone like him again. So why am I thinking of breaking up? Depression (I feel myself slipping further and further), I feel the spontaneity is gone, I used to look forward to seeing him but since we moved in together that’s kinda gone, now I sometimes feel trapped and feel a lack of space. I'm from Mexican Decent... and I have recently started to notice this little bumps (kinda like birthmarks) that are flesh color poping up around the neck. It's not acne that's for sure... I have noticed that Hispanics are prone to this around the neck and shoulder area as well as the arm pit area... I wanted to know... What are they and if they can be rid of without surgery?
