i have heard that liquid diets are unhealthy, so would a liquid plus fruits and veggie diet be ok? i am planning on doing this only for three days and eating slim fasts, low fat yougurt and fruit shakes, and soups too, plus fruits and vegetables. does this sound safe and healthy? just for three days?

i have been on a low calorie diet for about 3 months, and lost weight within the first two weeks, but now i think my metabolism is used to the less calories and is holding onto the weight. should i diet one week then go back to regular diet for a week? would that help??

i have been eating a low calorie (around 1200-1600) for about two or three months. i have stopped losing weight, and now i want to go back to a regular diet. how many calories should i eat now?? what kind of things should i eat?

did my ends break off? i have a lot of split ends and dead ends, and i occassionally pick at them to remove some of the broken ends. did my ends break off and that is why my hair is so short now?? how can i prevent it from happening again?

well, I have been eating SUPER well for two months- low calorie, low fat, eating protein, no junk food, and i havent lost any weight. I excersize when i can, i am quite busy. but my goal has been to lose 15 pounds by prom, but i just stay at the same weight? are there any SAFE diets to lose this weight? is it too late??
