I was told I have type II Diabets. I was told to lose weight. I have exersised and eat lots of vegtables and fruit, cut out most of the processed food I use to eat. Eat Lots of chicken and seafood. My Blood suger still is not in control and I have not lost one pound. this has been about a month. Dr's say I wont lose weight untill my blood surger is under control. Is this true. and I am taking Metforemen.
