  • name of song from a few years ago?

Please help with this song...it has the line, ..."take my body" or something to that effect. Sung by a female in a somewhat jazzy monotone voice. There were numerous youtube videos with kids dancing or moving like zombies to the beat. Some in school plays.

    It started with a drum beat...perhaps a tympani, or kettle drum..dum dum dum....da dum-dum...etc.

    Please help..thanks

    it is driving me nuts...

  • Help with furnace hookup?

I am installiing an old Carrier counterflow nat gas furnace in my garage.

I read that the manual will answer my question, but no luck finding one.

How can i find the correct model no, because, It is hard to read, but came up with: 58D S080-2 (the first 8 is hard to read, so may be different. Also, the serial no. is: C734500C (if that helps)

The opening for the flue at the top is 4".

    1) Can i maintain the same size flue (4") throughout the flue all the way to the cap? Or, do I increase to 6".???

    Any info is appreciated. Thanks

It is 80K BTU in, 64k BTU out.

So, is therre a way I can use the mic in this interface? the only inputs are CLR and the cord on the mic is usb. Thanks

  • Fiberglass shower has small crack?

I recently installed a new "One-piece" fiberglass shower. During installation, I supported the bottom rear where there was a block of wood moulded into the base and the front lip was also supported. When using the shower, I noticed a slight spring in the base as you stand in the center of the base. Now, I noticed a very slight chip in the base, and a semi-circle of a fine hairline crack. I can access the underside of the base from my crawlspace and install some pins to support arond the drain. I need to know if there is a product or procedure to touch-up the chip, and what to do about the fine, hairline crack that has formed. I considered an epoxy applied to the base, but wish to not only maintain the integrity of the base, but the appearance, as well. It is bright white.

In the past, I have seen a guy repair fiberglass showers that had damage like incorrect screwholes, and scratches. He used fiberglass and sprayed some strong smelling paint of some kind, that made the repair disappear. Any suggestions appreciated...especially names of products or procedures. I am very handy, and do wood touchup and repairs to furniture, so am familiar with many products for touch up and repair. I am not familiar with water-proof repairs...thanks...

Of course replacing the shower is out of the question. I thought of using epoxy floor material that is found at homecenters for garage floors....with a broadcasted material, but not sure if there is a better way....thanks so much

  • How can I hookup a microphone to the computer?

I have a mike with an xlr male connector, so I need a cord with an xlr female end to plug into the mike and on the other end an 1/8" male to plug into the front of the HP desktop computer. (Mike in)

The mike is monoraul but I do not know what the input on the computer is, and cant find any info. Should I assume that it is monoraul as well? Or, is it stereo? If so, what will happen if one is mono and the other stereo.? If it is stereo input, how do i get the mono-mike to work? Thanks, all the help is appreciated, as i am not good at this.

  • giant hanging vegetable?

Our chinese neighbor has given me a rather large whitish yellow hanging vegetable from a vine. The leaves are very very large, and the vegetable is fleshy on the outside with a rather moist medium soft core. It looks like the meat of a cucumber...large flat white seeds, but the meat goes all the way to the center. He speaks little english, but said to cook quickly in shallow pan of water and oil. It is very very plain tasting...no taste. I think it may be good with some kind of sauce, but have no idea what it is. thanks for any help. It is not as firm as squash, and not as moist as watermelon, but hangs like a giant boob.

  • Voice overs...I need to find people to read my scripts and be recorded...?

I am creatiing some short scripts and need the assistance of "would-be" actors to do the voiceover recordings. Like short radio scripts. I do not want professionals, as it is not required nor in the budget. I think one source is a college campus, but dont know how to go about finding such talent. Money is limited, and would like a release from the actors....what would be the rate and cost structure to do something like this.

  • garbage disposal question?

I had to remove dispposal to replace sink. However, when replaced, it leaks. The problem is at the rubber seal against the sink basket... I tried numerous times to tighten and re-position but still leaks. Should the rubber seal be replaced when the fixture is removed? The unit is only 5 years old.....i am thinking that the rubber seal may have lost its springy-ness and does not fit tight against the basket. Thanks for any suggetions.
