I recently brought back my NES back to life. :D

I was playing Zelda, saved my game and turned it back on to find my game is still saved.

But when I had it off for a longer time period than a few minutes, played a different game and came back to Zelda, my save disappeared!

Could someone tell me what's going on? I heard a similar problem with Gameboys and how the internal battery went out; is this what's going on with my NES?

I set a up a wireless network between my desktop and my laptop.

I was wondering if I could use a program from my desktop on my laptop without having to find the install the program on my laptop.

My CD drive ( which is an ATAPI DVD DD 8x16x8x 16 ) won't detect any kind of CD. It seems to be reading them but when I try to access them through My Computer, there seem to be no content in the CD ( I've tried various CDs and DVDs. Same results. ) and when I try to burn a CD, it says there isn't a CD in the drive.

I was told to reinstall the driver (which i can't find and I'm afraid to be downloading the wrong drivers. ha.)

So, could anyone help?

A bit of the cord was pulled out (and broken. --;) from the Bass Amp.

There's still sound, but on the left side, the sound is faint. Sound on the right is fine. (or it could be the other way around. I don't remember)

So, any ideas on how to repair these? I don't think the warranty will cover it since my brother said the warranty is expired (or something. haha)

I am bored and feeling a bit creative with spray paint and a plain T-shirt. hehe.

I was going to put tribal looking wings on the shirt, but that didn't turn out too well.

I'm thinking of putting a short dance quote (since, i bgirl. :p) but i don't know what font to use and what quote to use.

Any suggestions on the quote and font?

Or any other suggestions on what to put on the shirt.

What i actually wanna know is how i can use my CD burner on my laptop from files on my Desktop (there's 12 GB of files, so please don't tell me to upload them somewhere and download them).

I was able to access the shared documents (under network places - on my desktop) from my Laptop.

The drive i want to share doesn't have a sharing option (i don't know why).

I do have the files i want to burn under a sharing folder and i can access it but when it comes to transferring it to the burn folder, there's always an error and i can't copy it.

Could anyone tell me some FREEWARE or some Shareware that won't leave a watermark on the output.

If you recommend Shareware, could you tell me what the limitations are? (e.i. Watermark on the Output, time limit, specified Format)

Does anyone know how i can compress wav files without changing the quality?

I donated my hair to cancer patients before but i just read an article that cancer patients aren't the only people. So i wanna know if there are other places in Anchorage where i can get my hair cut while they take care of what's been cut.

And i also wanna know what hairstyle i should get. haha.

I've always had layered cuts but i'm getting tired of it. Any cut that's above my shoulders look really bad.

I guess it's because i have thin hair and a pretty chubby face.

I'm 16 and trying to get a Job except i don't really know what to get.

I'm really nervous about the whole thing since i'm an Extremely shy person which isn't really good when it comes to getting a job.

So does anyone have any tips on what kind of job i should try to go for so i can break through my shyness? It does take a while for me to get used to things.

Well, i just found out that my wireless connection fails me in my new room. the router is upstairs and well, my new room is downstairs. I can't really move the router since it's plugged to the Ethernet cable (and that's connected to the computer (or something) which is upstairs.

Can anyone give me tips on how to strengthen the connection so that I can actually use my laptop in my room?

It's a musical and i want to watch it!
