Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

1 box ice cream sandwiches(store brand fine)

1 tub chocolate cool whip

Your favorite sprinkles or chocolate

Place 4 sandwiches side by side. Add thin layer of cool whip. Repeat

twice. Cover with remaining cool whip. Add sprinkles or Drizzle with chocolate. Yummy! Could be decorated for Halloween or Thanksgiving. Goes great for a dinner party adults love it too...

Can management of a company hand pick 3 workers (with not so great attendance and performance issues and only 1- 3 years at job) and create a new " temp. position " paying them $2-$3 more an hour then the other employees with much more tenure and experience (15 plus years)? All they are doing is double checking work of everyone before it goes out the door. Contract says seniority should be deciding factor if everything else is equal. Or are they trying to prove union will let them do anything they want.
