I just got a1989 mustang saleen. It was like the car in the fast and furious movie, except i think it was a clone. my saleen in the real mccoy, speedometer say 170 mph. i have only had it up to 112. i have to find a dragstrip and get er done. does anyone have a clue how much it is worth? not that i would sell.

I just graduated from Highschool a few months ago. I am 18 year of age. My dad gave ne a car, and he does make me pay for work on the car and the insurance. I am working at a fast food restaurant. They give me very few work hours. My parents keep wanting me to do something different with my life. They wanted me to go straight to college, but I want time off from school. They kept bugging me about school and sthey tell me that I should not put it off. I still want to be with my friends who are all still in highschool. My parents want me to not hang with these friends because they may not graduate from highschool. I am really not sure of what I want to do. My dad is always telling me that he knew what he was going to do after school and that was to go into the Navy. He did that. He went to the Coast office and talked to them and wants me to go into the coast guard. My dad told me to get a real job when I turn 19 or pack up and move out of the house. Does anyone relate to this?

back in the good old days there were the Ford, general Motors and the chrysler, all made in america i can remember even as a kid we all loved our country and we only bought american products. Its like our kids are into supporting Japan, Germany and a few of the other countries that buid cars. i look at the insruments what ever happened to the american instrments and the electronics. i have been out of communications with every body that was aboard the ship when i was on her in 1964 and 1965. looking for my past. i acted like a sailor on liberty for a time after i got out. all is ok now.

I am looking for more info on this vessel up until it was decomissioned in 1967. I need to see exactly where we went and days we were at sea. How long were we in Viet nam
